The rooms are big, city center is near, so you can walk and they have a garage which is greate.

The location is fantastic. It’s a short walking distance from the lovely Small Beach. Seaview rooms have a view to small beach and the sea. It’s so nice the see this when you wake up every morning.

Clean, calm, cool location , friendly staff, nice air due too numerous pines , nice beaches nearby.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The entire property is spotless, beautifully designed, and gives you the feeling of staying in a much more expensive luxury hotel. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were excellent, the bathrooms were immaculate, and every detail seemed carefully thought out. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything Ulcinj has to offer, while still being peaceful enough to truly unwind. What made our stay unforgettable, however, was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with plenty of options for everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day. 10/10. Highly recommended!

The hotel was fabulous for us, a great location with a wonderful view from the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and great value for money. The manager was extremely helpful and assisted us in any way he could. The rest of the staff were also great, very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the gorgeous old town and we had a scenic coastal walk to the 'long beach'.

We loved absolutely everything. The room is big, the breakfast is varied and delicious, the owners (it is a family owned business) and the staff are personable and genuinely interested in making sure you have a good time. And the view is indescribable.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were initially a little sceptical because the staff informed us few days before our arrival that kitchen and restaurant are not ready. However the hotel owner was very nice and brought us the breakfast to room each day. We had a two bedroom appartment, which was very nice and spacious, with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel has a private beach and with exception of weekends when more people showed up, it was very quiet. But even on weekends, place wasn't overcrowded. Overall it was great experience.

It's a lovely hotel. Wonderful view from the window, wonderful staff, varied and delicious breakfasts, a large selection.The restaurant is located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Fleury's restaurant manager is a respectful and sociable young man, always polite and always ready to help. We liked absolutely everything!
