This beautiful little hotel was more than we expected. The hotel is really, really clean so actually from the entrance you can walk bare foot 😀.Rooms are beautiful and smell so good. The host were super friendly and they would do anything to make you feel comfortable. Our breakfast was 10 out of 10 ! We have been served food for at least 6 people and we were only 2 of us ! It's a lovely hotel. Wonderful view from the window, wonderful staff, varied and delicious breakfasts, a large selection.The restaurant is located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Fleury's restaurant manager is a respectful and sociable young man, always polite and always ready to help. We liked absolutely everything!

Wonderful view from balcony and room overlooking the bay, beach & Ulcinj. Owner helpful & friendly. Note can only pay cash (no card facilities) nor street number or signage at the gate. Great having a fridge and shared kitchen. Comfortable bed but there can be noise till 1am from bars as sounds verberate around the town (same for most accommodation in town ). Convenient location to beaches, shops, supermarket, restaurants and sights.. old town, fortress, church, mosques. Everything just a few minutes walk away. Bus station walkable or there are many taxis. Enjoyed my stay 😃

Ulcinj is an excellent choice for summer holidays if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, long sandy beaches and more favorable prices compared to most other coastal cities in Montenegro. We were especially delighted by Velika plaža and the Old Town, which have a special Mediterranean charm and rich history. The city has a large selection of restaurants with delicious local food, and the hosts are friendly and hospitable. During the main season, you should expect traffic jams and finding parking a bit more difficult, but this is to be expected for a popular summer destination. Despite this, the price-quality ratio is excellent, especially for families. All in all, Ulcinj is a place to which we would gladly return and recommend it to everyone who wants a combination of beautiful beaches, good food and a relaxed vacation. Rating: **9/10**.

Everyone was polite and kind.

Everyone was polite and kind. Lots of police presence makes you feel safe. It is always windy, so keep that in mind if coming with small kids. Don't spend your time on a small city beach, but go instead to the Long Beach. Restaurants were really cheap and the food was really good. Size of portions was normal or big, not some fancy artwork on a plate to look at. Main street is full of shops and places to sit and have a coffee, so I can say it is nice for an evening walk.

Ulcinj beach area is for the most part quite dirty and littered. There are people prepared to scam you readily. We did like the fortress area and found a cleaner beach near there (Liman Beach) that we quite liked.

The town was lacking good rsxtaurants and the genera feel of the town was that it caters more for Balkan tourism than international guests. With basically no good restaurants (they all semmed to serve excactly the same thing) makes this for a poor destination, We tried a few of te beach cubs, and found them very noisy and not really attractive.

The city is easily accessible and quite clean.

The city is easily accessible and quite clean. During peak season (July, August) there is traffic but it is manageable. I find majority of the city is walkable. Many restaurants, shops, coffee shops and local markets for groceries available. Beaches have both public and private beaches close to each other. For public beach it is just sand so bring your own umbrella and blanket. Private beaches have chairs and umbrella for €15-25 depending on time of year and beach. Note, beach showers and bathrooms are not the best or they may not exist so need to pre plan a little. Food is good, pizza, seafood, pasta and local cuisine. English is spoken in majority of the shops. The old city is accessible and worth a visit, both at night and day.

The space is clean and bright and we had a spacious room. My partner was sick when we arrived, so it was great for him to have a calm space for him to get better and I could relax by the pool! We felt so well looked after by Viki who made sure we had everything we needed and made us a delicious breakfast every day (which definitely helped Luke feel better!) Especially the apple cake. Ulcinj was a great place to stay and we loved having a little beach directly down from the hotel - it was a great spot! Thanks so much Viki 🧡

It's a brand new hotel just 15 min walk from the old town offering free parking and great breakfast. Everything is sparkling clean and literally out of the box. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Overall it's a perfect stay to enjoy Ulcinj. Totally recommended.
