Hotel Halibas is a great hotel, owned and managed by the family. They take care of everything and listen to their customer's concerns. We arrived at 2pm and the rooms were ready waiting for us. We were greeted from Alen who manages the place. They even offered us to help carry the luggages. Alen is a great person and manager who always tries to help his customers. The rooms and the hotel are very clean all the time (the staff takes care of it every day and hour). The pool inside hotel is beautiful too. It has a dedicated area for toddlers. Our 1 year old boy enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was served between 8.00-10.00 o'clock, and it was very nice too.. open buffet with different selection of eggs/sausages/ham/cheeses and many more. Location is very good as well.. the closest you can stay at the long beach. Walking distance would be 7-10min to Europa Beach (highly recommended as well). Overall Hotel Halibas was a great experience for me. I definitely recommend it and thank you Alen and his family for the hospitality.

Resort is perfect for family vacation, expecially with baby room staff, they really took care of our 8month baby in the nice playground, they are open from 10 to 12 and from 4pm to 6pm, and in the evening they were babysitting our 2 year son, so many thanks to Ivana, Teodora and Vasilisa. There is also for 3+ years kids club with lot activities. Also to mention that we had luck to meat Tanja on reception, she was really kind and one of the reasons that we will come back soon 😊 She was wiling to explain us everything in detail, which is important so you can organize day in the best way and as you need to make reservations for dinner in restaurants if you are in premium part. Wonderfully exceeded our expectations! How can I even start? From the staff, the hospitality, to every little detail of our stay, it was simply perfect. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it looked exactly like the photos. One thing that really caught my attention was the power outlet: they have the same type used in the Middle East (photo shared), which made charging our phones so easy without needing to bring a portable adaptor. It’s something rare to find in Europe! The design of the villa was amazing, the view was fantastic, and the service was beyond excellent. The cleaning ladies did a great job, tidy and respectful, never touching our things even if we forgot to put them in the locker. The location is also ideal: close to the beach and markets, easily reachable on foot. Now about the staff, absolutely super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The security guy (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was the first to greet us, helping with our bags, welcoming us with a smile and jokes, and immediately putting us in a good mood. The reception team was honestly the best we’ve encountered during our whole trip. They made us feel like home, like we were among our own people. Every day they surprised us with small gestures from the hotel, always greeted us warmly, and were available 24/7. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and activities to do. They even offered to arrange taxis for us (though we had already arranged one ourselves), and still, their care was much appreciated. When it was time to leave, three reception team members came to help with our luggage, making sure we were safe and comfortable. They even brought us bottled water for our taxi ride. And just before we left, Suzana came with an unforgettable gift, such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly left us speechless.
