I can’t recommend it enough. Wonderful location, amazing and friendly staff that includes the owner, and a beautiful hotel with clean and generous rooms decorated with great taste. The breakfast is also great, to start the days with energy.

Lovely room with great facilities, decor was superb. The location is great, 5min walk to the beach, grocery shop next to the hotel. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. All ladies working there were very helpful. It's a lovely place designed with taste. For improvements see below.

The room I stayed in on the ground floor had a wonderful balcony with sun loungers facing the pool and ocean view. The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.

A wonderfully nice hotel. Second time we visit it and it will definitely be more times. Perfect location by the beach. First class restaurant. Nice rooms with good beds and clean and nice. Very good ala carte breakfast with friendly staff. The beach bar is fantastic. Chenieka and Kelly are very nice and service-minded. Top. s The service and food at the restaurant is top class. Especially Johan. On the other hand, you need to send Viona on a charm course. Downright rude. That's not how a waitress should behave.

Beautiful island as it’s on the Dutch side and location is...

Beautiful island as it’s on the Dutch side and location is close to everything even if you don’t drive. It’s walkable to restaurants stores and if you want to explore places taxi cost 10-15$ not too bad but if you can hire a car even better! Def coming back to Sint Maarten 🇸🇽 Took a day tour to explore both sides of the island and the city and that was great.

Philipsburg is a shopper's paradise - that is if you like watches, perfumes, and designer goodies. Shopping is easy and store keepers are friendly and patient - and there's plenty of shopping to be had! The town is very walkable and there are a few quaint, pictoral areas. It's an enjoyable place, all in alll

We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had spectacular views of the ocean from every room. The location was another plus. It was a short walk to the beach, cafes/restaurants/bars, casino and nightlife. Plenty of transportation available in area. Our host reached out to us several times to make sure that we were ok. Would recommend to friends and family.

Coco Beach was BOMB.

Coco Beach was BOMB. The staff was exceptional and very attentive. La Playa Beach was very good. Unfortunately right now. The beaches are being inundated with massive amounts of seaweed(?). But they constantly have big vehicles removing it every day. 😀

Beautiful place, good located, many restaurants, quiet neighborhood, friendly people. It is easy to go around, by walk, taxi or local bus. Close to Maho beach where you can enjoy views of landing aircrafts.

Fabulous beach! One of my favorites! You can rent loungers and be part of the action by the cafes/beach bars or go down further and enjoy a quieter time. Water is calm and not much current Lolos are a winner and there are other restaurants with some of the best tasting food!

Larry is a great host. It's a lovely apartment. Be advised you are on the FRENCH side and, if you take public transport, Marigot is super close. There are also wonderful ferry rides from Marigot. Baie Rouge is petite, but quaint. Bamboo Beach has a chill/cool vibe. There are lots of markets and several restaurants offering different culinary options.

Quiet area with beautiful views from the hillsides. Easy enough to get around, with beaches, shops, and adequate number of restaurants nearby. Easy access to Anse Marcel, Orient Bay, Grand Case and ferry to Pinel. Love the pizza restaurants, like Pepe's and the Super U is great for shopping when staying at a villa.

It was a great trip.

It was a great trip. Favorite spots include mullet bay beach, moonbar, beer garden, mimosa sky lounge, in all maho is a great spot to stay due to the lively vibes. We ate at the burger bar, with the best burgers ever. Getting around in Lowlands was so easy, you can walk everywhere.

Beautiful views and clean . Great French bakeries. Dinners took too long and we were not in peak season, but everyone is on island time. Need to find a good grocery store, some were too expensive. Short ride from Airport.
