The ambiance was exceptional. The barrel concept was unlike anything we have experienced before. The amenities provided in the barrel room were very good including bath robes, stocked mini bar and toiletries. The property was quiet and restful. The dining facilities were above average with excellent food and very accommodating staff.

Beautiful pueblo Tequila jalisco is. Much history and Canteritos el güero outside centro tequila is a most to go visit for cervezas, Canteritos of all sizes, good food and many banda groups playing in the largest outdoor bar i have ever seen. It holds about 2,000-3,000 people daily

In our opinion, it is necessary to have a vehicle to...

In our opinion, it is necessary to have a vehicle to transport you to Tequila and especially to the surrounding properties such as La Cofredia. This property is remote from the town. Once at La Cofredia it is self contained with dining and recreation facilities. It is a great get away location for a day or two. Any longer than that is too long.

Tequila is an historic place.

Tequila is an historic place. A small little town with a big name and a big history. Downtown is always busy and parking is scarce. Lots of "promotors" for tours and parking garages make you feel a bit like you're in a tourist trap. But if you hold on and try to make it on your own, you'll be able to find decent parking without paying premiums or "special fees". I loved the Tequila museum and the quaint cobbled stone streets. Not enough parking spaces for day trippers like me.
