We had a great time. Hotel is super clean as is all of Cozumel, we appreciate that, compared to other traveling destinations around the world. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet lunch and dinner food was tasty, with many options. Great small coffee house with espressos and cappuccinos, that was a delight. The location is good, we took a boat ride and submarine experience to see the reefs, all in walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the Water Circus entertainment event, very entertaining and impressive circus artists.

We really enjoyed the stay at Cozumel Hotel & Resort! The staff was exceptional, always ensuring that we were taken care of. This was the first time we did an all-inclusive hotel and it was the best decision ever. We had no worries about anything. The food was great! They have events for dinner where they offer a variety of food. We absolutely recommend Cozumel Hotel & Resort! Cornelio from the breakfast staff always made us feel welcome and Keira from the snack bar always checked-in with us to make sure we were doing well.

We were so pleased to find ourselves at the Wyndham Trademark Hotel on Cozumel. It provided a gentle, welcoming environment after a busy, frenetic day of travel. The staff support in reception was so helpful and welcoming. That same support was present in all the staff members we encountered. This is not a new hotel, and she’s showing some age, but the setting and staff and amenities, including pool area abd breakfast abd beach overlook, made up for any details in age. This is a hood place to stay!

Hostel was ok, mainly because it is cheap for cozumel. I have been one night only. But it is a basic hostel where you can go to sleep for a fair price. Do not expect to be in a super hostel. Kitchen was basic, the share space was nice, very big. Bathrooms were ok as well. That is my opinion, for example I went to cozumel to dive and needed to sleep there, and thats all. Was a good choice. It was a quite hostel , that was ok as well. Personal was nice

We stayed in two places in Cozumel before this one and wow, during our one month in Mexico definetly in our top 3 of accomodations. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Price/quality couldn’t be better and the staff and Patricia go above and beyond for you. They know what hospitality is which we didn’t always find to be obvious in Mexico. If you’re a sceptic like me, don’t doubt just book this!

The Hotel Mary Carmen is not a fancy, luxury hotel, but it suited our purposes very well. It was clean, quiet, (even on New Year's Eve!) and very close to the ferry. Wi-fi was fine, and overall, we were quite happy with our accommodations. There was no breakfast provided but that did not matter to us. We stayed a night here both starting our trip and ending, as we flew into the Cozumel airport.

Great location.. we hired a jeep straight from getting off the ferry.. just a 5 minute drive to get to the hotel. Nicely positioned by the sea and excursions stand. Crystal clear water literally across the road.. helpful staff, answered any questions we had and allowed us to check in much earlier than the set time. Would recommend this hotel to friends to stay if they visited cozumel.

Teresa the household is amazing! She was so helpfull kind and thoughtful, she made our stay great with her caring and recomandations. The room is very nice with a huge comfurtable bed, shower water pressure was suprisingly strong unlike most hotels in mexico! The location is perfect, very close to the center yet quite and safe. Next time we visit cozumel we will surely be back here!

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were close to everything. The apartment has great views of the ocean and city. The apartment itself is clean and modern. It included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The roof top pool was amazing and out son loved that. We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment and would book again if we returned to Cozumel.

Nice hotel, everything clean, with Booking you get a small continental breakfast (emphasizing on small) but it's good. A water suspender would have been nice as we have often seen on other hotels. Also, price value worth is not as good as other places but that might come with Cozumel being a bit touristy. Apart from that everything's fine and good location

Huge apartment! Awesome balcony and sun deck! Beautiful tile throughout. Comfortable bed! Full size fridge and stove!The hosts were great and spoke English great! We scuba and shopped for 2 weeks with a rented scooter and had no problems. Great view of the main road and walking distance from food and groceries. This is our 3rd (and best!) visit to Cozumel.

I originally booked for 1 night but extended for 3 more! I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! Great location, just in the city center of Cozumel, only a couple of steps from the ferry pier, restaurants and the ocean. Very clean areas and the best recommendations and informations regarding town and the island in general! Thanks Hostel Auikyani! 😊

Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Cozumel. I was in Mexico for 3 weeks - this was the cleanest hotel I visited. Complementary breakfast is great. Stuff is very helpful, speaks english which is rare in Mexico. Localisation is also amazing, next to the old town, and 5 minutes walk from ferry. I would love to come back again to this place.

We went to Cozumel for our Anniversary, it was A great experience staying at Melia Hotel. Our room was very spacious, the facilities were very clean, and the staff went above and beyond for our needs. It was truly amazing. The beach is very close to the property which we enjoyed a lot. We even had a Photo shoot at the beach which was fun!

Abel is an amazing host. Extremely jovial and knowledgeable about things to do not just in Cozumel but all over the world. You can also book your diving with him, fun dives, open water course, discover dives, all that good stuff. Great family vibe at the hostel and I will not stay anywhere else on future trips to Cozumel.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. Lots of greenery all around. Hotel is right on the beach and our room had patio from which you could walk right to the beach. Rooms were spacious, with desk, sofa, etc. Snorkeling right off the hotel beach might've been the best we've seen during our visit to Cozumel!

this place was perfect for our stay in Cozumel! clean big apartment style room, fresh water, pool facilities and scooter parking for our hire! Celeste was an angel, Thankyou for looking after us!! We will be back again!!

The stuffs are amazing and they really helped us in our stay in cozumel. They did everything so our stay will be pleasant. I do really recommend oyo hotel also for the distance to downtown. 100/100

Your Cozumel staycation awaits at hipster Hotel B Unique. Yes unique, trendy. We loved the amazingly comfy king, killer pool views, a variety of lounge areas, legit skilled massage staff.

The location is awesome, 10 min from Cozumel center. The reefs in front of the hotel is awesome with plenty of fishes. The pool is great and the Wi-Fi is strong.
