Great price, great staff. Nice breakfast.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms were impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the internet connection was very reliable, allowing me to stay connected without any issues.

Everything. Great place. Highly recommended

A beautiful hotel for a stay in delightful Durango. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had a window that opened (something important for me) that looked out to a beautiful garden with flowers and green grass. The bathroom had lots of counter space and a shower with plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels changed everyday. Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff were amazing and efficient. The outdoor pool is heated and was wonderfully relaxing. Plenty of parking. Note that the entrance is on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not where google maps shows it to be.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The maids did an excellent job every day in tidying up the room.

Really great service, the staff were very helpful and considerate. There was an issue with our room on arrival and they were able to change it with no hassle.

The little dog breeder was absolutely adorable fell in love would like to take them home

Location was nice and looks good from the outside .

The Hotel is beautiful and the location the best

It was clean and my room away from the street was fairly quiet.

This place is located right at the central district of downtown Durango. Close to good restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Good museums full of interesting history and overall good people ( gente sencilla y noble) willing to help no matter the circumstances.

I liked the security outside and the cleaning staff, they were the only friendly people there.
