The room was super clean. I really liked that it didn’t have carpet. Apparently, the whole hotel interior has been remodeled, and it has a nice modern touch without changing the exterior structure of the old hotel. The staff at the pool, as well as in the rooms, is super friendly. The pool area is exceptional. I loved that they had bird recordings. It gives you the feeling that you’re on a beach in Puerto Vallarta.

We stayed for the Baja 400 race ans the location was perfect! Staff are super happy and friendly. Pool is nice! Close to restaurants and all the action. Bed was a little hard but you can't have everything! Will stay here again for the next race!

Room was near perfect the only problem is the gotta put darker curtains because in the morning is to much daylight coming into the room it would help a lot to have darker curtains to keep the room dark

We enjoyed the buffet it was very complete. The ladies cleaning the rooms were very helpful and nice. It seemed that they knew what we needed before we even asked.

Excellent staff. Helpful, kind and went above and beyond. Amazing buffet breakfast, shout out to Chef Robert he made amazing omelets. All the food was fresh and delicious. Beautiful pastries. We also enjoyed room service for supper. The pool area was well maintained and always had towels. The room was large and comfy, we loved the balcony and seeing the ocean from our room.

The swimming Pool and the music out there .

Very good location. Walk distance to nearly all the tourist places. The room was a bit damp when we first went in, but the A/C works well and fixed the problem after we back from dinner (actually not a big deal at all). The staff are nice.

The room with the spa is fantastic and the hosts were great. The room was even nicer than I expected with not one but two walk in closet areas I should have brought more things haha. A well thought out and lovely space to hang out in

Full kitchen, large room, second toilet. Soaking tub,comfy bed.Excellent wine bar in lobby! Good food, pleasant staff. Miguel at the wine bar stood out an a knowledgable representative for the wine bar.

Muy rico desayuno, con variedad. Excelente la cafeteria disponible 24 horas. El elevador funcionaba muy bien, rapido y eficiente. La maquina de hielo gratis estuvo muy bien. Personal muy atento.
