United StatesI stayed with my wife for anniversary. We drove from Sacramento and got there with no problem. Staff contacted us prior our arrival to offer us options so we could personalized our room (I never seen this before in other hotels). Property was very lovely, we enjoyed the pool view and had amazing time down there. A super perk is that is only 4 minutes away from Dona Estela cousin. Overall a must place to stay!

United StatesEvery staff member was beyond helpful. The room was clean, spacious and there was even an extra warm blanket available. It was very quiet (except one night the club next door played loud music, but nothing that couldn't be drowned out by the TV). I travel a few times a year and always use Booking.com, but this one was probably the best stay for the money. Beach house could easily charge a little more, but this is def the best deal. Run to the hotel!

Wonderful place at the sea with great room with a view and very nice pool area overlooking the sea. The restaurant is literally placed on the water, with a great view, excellent food, wine, and service. Very friendly and always helpful staff.

Ensenada can be busy on the days when the cruise ships are...
Ensenada can be busy on the days when the cruise ships are in port. We had fun shopping on the days when they were gone, but not all shops stay open on those days. Hussongs is a must stop, we visit every time. Comal restaurant in the Bodegas de San Tomas was the best restaurant ever!! Will definitely go again. We had dinner, but we hear the breakfast is amazing.

Very comfortable. walking distance to aires de lavanda, the winery and king and queen bar, which has great food. Did not like that the bedrooms do not have a TV. It is a fun concept since it's a home and its bedrooms are what is rented. The living room is a shared common area, and is so is the kitchen for the next day's breakfast. More breakfast options would have been great as well. Although delicious, another option would have been better, especially for drinks, since I do not drink coffee.

Ensenada has some of the best street food vendors!
Ensenada has some of the best street food vendors! I especially love "Fenix Tacos:" on Espinoza & Juarez streets for the ample fish tacos (28 pesos each one). One of the biggest/tallest flag poles on the waterfront (if you're lucky, it's flying).

I only go to Ensenada when in transit or for shopping, since...
I only go to Ensenada when in transit or for shopping, since I always have another destination in mind. So I really do not know about fun activities in the area. Have jogged in the hills, eaten in restaurants, and had my truck serviced one time.
