The rooftop restaurant!!! It was AMAZING! I booked a room with breakfast included, which I recommend. When you check in they put a band on your arm which signifies you get the free breakfast. Eat all you want:) The breakfast was fantastic, and the view from the open air rooftop restaurant makes it spectacular. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I had a hamburger that was the best one I've eaten in a long time. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was bigger than I anticipated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For the money, this is by far the best hotel I've booked in many years!

What I liked the most was the staff working at Viajero. Every single person was incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive to anything I needed. They made me feel truly welcomed, almost as if I were part of their family and had known them forever. That personal touch created such a warm atmosphere that it turned my stay into a memorable and unique experience, especially thanks to Nico and Jaz who were excellent hosts and made everything even better.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The rooftop is unparalleled with the best view of the sunset outside of the beach. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious and lovely!

The place was exactly like the photos, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the shower was excellent, and the overall design felt fresh and inviting. This boutique hotel is absolutely awesome! From the decor, to the staff, to the room, to the location, I could not be more impressed. Everything about this property feels just right, from the room accent lighting & amenities to the pleasant smell of the lobby. The staff really seems to care about their guests, and a lot of thought was put into the design of the rooms and common spaces, including the rooftop pool / bar area. If you can afford the 1 Bedroom King Suite, I strongly suggest this option, as a family of 4 could easily stay in this room for a couple of weeks. A stay in this room type is more like renting a condo than a hotel room, and the kitchen is huge! Ximena will forever be our go-to place for a fun get-away in charming Sayulita!
