The hotel was fine, with easy parking and nice rooms. Breakfast was great! And so was the main restaurant at night. The location doesn't lend itself to wandering too far to find other places to eat, so this was a bonus. There wasn't any noise from traffic despite being on a busy road. (I'm a light sleeper, so it would have woken me). We'd stay here again if we visited the city.

The rooms had enough space for working and for 4 persons. It was very comfortable, super clean, the elevator was working perfectly, same as the airco and the hot water. The staff was very friendly and the area is safe. The beds are comfy

Central location. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and there is a nice breakfast in the morning.

Good location, staff are nice, pool is good after a long day out, secure parking. The hotel is need of a make over.

Clean wide rooms, helpful staff

Really great hotel and location, and we would highly recommend people to book. We found the restaurant staff more friendly than the reception staff. A great transit stop, with everything you need on the doorstep.

Good location spacious room clean and quiet

Breakfast was good, pretty yummy. You have a good cook.

Pretty much everything was top notch, from the location of the hotel, parking, arrangements, friendly staff, nice room with great bathroom and beds, good WiFi, separate reading light, etc.

The building is beautiful inside, gives impression of old luxury, the room was spacious and lovely, my only complain is it was bit dark even with lights on in bathroom for things like make up, otherwise very comfortable. The staff were excellent, very polite and accommodating to all my requests such as later check out (2pm) and if I could get a take a way breakfast for my 5am hike.

We arrived at the bus station in Villahermosa and even in the pouring rain managed to walk the 5 minutes to the hotel. It’s easy to find following google maps or if you download ’Here we go’. We use both in Mexico. We thought the area looked fine & had no issues. Easy check in at reception with 2 staff on duty (18:00hrs). Very professional and friendly staff. We stayed on the 3rd floor (room 316-double). Took up the lift and down the lovely clean, modern corridor. The room as in the photos with 2 x double beds was perfect for our 1 night. A/c worked well and tv was great, comfy. Everything was perfect for us. Water was supplied and once we crashed out didn’t hear a thing. The bathroom was standard with quite a spacious walk in shower. Towels & toiletries suppled. I mean for £33 a night it’s pretty impressive 🤩

Parking lot inside the hotel area was convenient. Hotel staff was pretty kind. Also the big fridge in the room was great. The swimming pool outside looked good, but we didn't try it.

This hotel has.the most confortable beds of all the hotels and Airbnb I have been to in Mexico. It's also very clean, beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay and they were helpful after checkout.

comfortable bed, parking with on-site security was nice since we rented a car. Room had all the perks including an iron and board but we only had a short night there as base to visit Palenque. I booked this initial for the swimming pool but we ended up not using and we have seen nobody else as well. It has anyway a nice green feeling even if in the middle of the city

Location with nearby restaurants

In the noisy Villahermosa, this hotel is an oasis with a colonial atmosphere. We only stayed one night but it was worth every minute. Staff is remarkably professional. Our room was wide, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant serves excellent meals. The ambiance is very pleasant. The swimming pool is an extra... I don't think I'll be back to Villahermosa, but if I did, no doubt I would stay here again. It's great value for money.
