Absolutely everything! Location is perfect staff is super nice and I slept like a baby, the beds were great!

The hotel is amazing! It's an old bull ring as indicated in the hotel description. An old aqueduct passes right by it. The whole atmosphere is rather charming. I arrived on an early morning flight. They let me check in right away as they had a room ready- though the actual check in time is 3pm. Throughout my stay I found the staff very friendly, kind and efficient. I have to make particular mention of Rebecca at the front desk. All of the requests I made to her were efficiently followed through. I also asked for a late check out on my fourth day (had an evening flight). She checked to see if there was availability and allowed me to stay on. She is also fluently atleast bilingual (English & Spanish) from what I saw. The other person I have to mention is the person in charge of the breakfast area. The breakfast that's included in the room rate is a continental style one with bread, fruits, coffee. I was curious about the Mexican fare they had on the weekend buffet. He practically helped me prepare a taco with yesca- walking with me the stations to assemble all the components! So on Sunday I went for the full buffet, paying ofcourse the difference in price. The room was pretty big and the bed was comfortable with a good variety of pillows. Very good housekeeping services.

The best location for a hotel in the city center of Zacatecas… Great breakfast with very fresh food on the buffet and beverages. Clean room and bathroom, super comfortable bed. Will recommend it to everyone without even a second thought

The staff were wonderful, good breakfast, easy parking, the view from our room was great. Just be aware rooms face a busy road with cars and loud music roaring past on Friday and Saturday night- which we didn’t mind at all.

Comfortable stay. PS The place is actually a motel. Nothing wrong with that, it's just for the sake of accuracy. It's also listed as a motel on gmaps.

The staff in the bar area were great. Especially Martin, who shared history of the city and hotel. This was our second stay here!!
