Everything is perfect.
The staff are awesome. Derby and Rejoice welcomed me and made me feel like a family. The kitchen staff make lovely meals. Room service guy clean thoroughly. I will definitely be back.

The entire staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is safe and has many restaurants nearby.

The baththub and the water pressure, not a lot of hotels get it right but The Providence Hotel did.
The toilet amenities were good too, maybe a toothbrush and it would have been perfect.
