Search hotels on Ometepe, Nicaragua

I went there with my 68-year-old mother. The staff were awesome at all times, going beyond expectations. The hotel is near a white sanded beach, with an awesome view to one of the volcanoes. We only tried Nicaraguan food from the menu, and it was delicious. Ojo de agua is somewhat close, if you get the chance try to go there. The hotel will help you to get a taxi.

This is a fantastic place! It's clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything is carefully explained so that you can make the most of the environment. The food is excellent, the pool lovely and the rooms have everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would happily return.

Clean and spacious room with air con and mozzie screens. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious and we had a good dinner one evening. The restaurant closes 8:30/9pm - it’s fairly quiet in the evenings (also closed Monday eve) - but we were able to play games and bring drinks in to sit at a table until late. Great location across the road from the lake for a dip and a local market on Saturday. And a little roof terrace with view of the volcanos. Decent supermarket (with ATM) 2 minutes walk and a few other restaurants within walking distance but take cash only.

We loved it here and would not hesitate to stay again if we were on ometepe. The beds were comfortable and clean, the rooms had fans and aircon, the Wi-Fi was amazing, the food was excellent, we woke up right on the beach and watched stunning sunsets whilst sipping beers. The staff were friendly and helpful, Fernando was welcoming and the tunes in the bar were great. However, other people may find fault in that the rooms were basic with little furniture beyond the beds, the showers were cold and the menu was a bit limited - didn’t bother us, but just an FYI.

Very friendly staff. Allowed us to leave our bags for two nights while travelling round the island - very kind. Rooms were good. AC and private bathroom. Comfortable. Great location for the ferry.

Absolutely the best place I visited the entire year of 2024. The staff was just absolutely perfect. A day before arriving. I had a motorcycle accident. Very painful. Fractured foot and wounds on arm and leg. The hotell staff helped me so very much to heal. Way beyond my expectations. So much kindness.

The property although basic was exceptionally good value for a room with a private bathroom ( and even a TV ) Staff helpful and friendly and has a good local restaurant attached .Drinking water provided.

Not even the breakfast all the food was excellent, all the staff are great they really know what clients want and need for a pleasant experience

It as quiet with a great beach and pool area. The hotel arranged tours and a privet air conditioned taxi if we needed to go anywhere. The hotel food was lovely and room cleaned daily. If anything the room pictures online dont do it justice Faultless

Gonzalo was an amazing host, so friendly and communicative (plus he serves a delicious local breakfast). Views are stunning and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. 10/10

The owners are wonderfull, the colors in the places and very close to the ferry! Excellent location for restaurants or grocery.

The host family was amazing, so accomodating. Private rooms were comfortable, great air conditioning, the common areas were beautiful. Lovely place to sit and relax. The price was unbeatable, and we even rented a scooter for the whole week through the host. Brilliant stay.

The location is great, just a few steps from the ferry. You can rent bikes everywhere around and visit the island from there. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The ac was fantastic and the room was very silent, being in the garden and separate from the other rooms.
