I had an incredible experience here, would highly recommend! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious and fresh, there are comfortable common areas with lots of couches and tables, my room was quite large with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous view out the window. You could not ask for a better location for winter activities--there are lots of trails for skiing, you can go over the mountains to the woods to cross-country ski, and the landscape is absolutely breathtaking. During my stay, I was able to attend the Ice Music festival in an igloo just in front of the hotel, and see ice sculptures by a local artist along the trails. I could not have asked for a better experience. Just make sure to plan ahead for a car or taxi from Ål since the buses don't reach that far up the mountain. I can't recommend it enough, I had such a beautiful stay and hope that I can come back!

Very nice and clean cottage, had everything we needed! Beautiful peaceful location. The host was nice and attentive, and everything in the cottage hinted at them caring about their guests. Good instructions and welcome chocolates etc :).

What I liked the most about the apartment was the peace and comfort. Everything was clean, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The location was ideal – quiet yet conveniently close to everything you might need. I felt at home right away. The host's hospitality was also a big plus: friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Not sure where to start actually - a sublime location, stunning view, more than excellent facilities for kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, washroom, separate TV room, and many overly cozy corners to chill, read, talk, etc, from our entire Norway trip we were truly most blown away by this one. 1000% holiday vibes.
