A beautiful apartment in a building from 1846, built in the traditional architecture of the area. Laerdal is a small, quiet, traditional village in the fjords. The apartment had an excellent layout, all amenities, and above all outstanding furniture and decoration. Helene was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

It was a rainy day and after checking the negative comments we were a bit concerned. However, the apartment was great, clean, roomy, equipped and with nice views on the lake. The best part of our stance was the friendly and helpful receptionist who helped us with a medical emergency. She was utterly kind and supportive calling emergencies and giving us all support we needed in that moment. Wholeheartedly grateful.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Hotel located in a distant area, next to the historical road. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature and quietness. The hotel, which was built in the 19th century (wow!), is absolutely charming both inside and outside. A special thanks I want to say to the family who runs the hotel. They did a really great job of making all the visitors feel comfortable. The family owners invest so much love and attention to detail in this place, you can feel it. Everything is perfectly clean and beautiful. In addition, perfect sleep with the sounds of a waterfall as a bonus.
