Such a cool place, will definitely come back! Thank you very much for such a great hospitality! 1. Location is perfect, super close to the central station (about 7 min by feet) and located literally in the city center, so couldn't be better. Area is absolutely safe with many stores and cafes around. 2. Staff is wonderful. There is no one in the hotel but they are always in touch via whatsapp, so if you need anything, they are there to help! 3. Room itself is very good. It's not big but it's also not small. The bed was nice and comfy, the view from the window was cute, the bathroom was fine. We had a kettle, good tea, nice coffee, and 2 delicious chocolates as a welcome gift. There is a fridge inside and a table, so everything we needed was there. There is even a fujifilm there which you can use to make a few photos! Unfortunately, it wasn't loaded, but other people say it always works so probably we were just unlucky :/ Oh, and special thanks for the design! Very nice! For those who are confused about check-in, I'll clarify because I was a bit worried at first too. So you'll get a message in whatsapp where you'll need to check in. Then in the evening before your arrival you'll receive in that checkin link the code for the entrance and the wi-fi. Save them somewhere. So in the day of your arrival you can get inside and enjoy the lounge zone and also leave your luggage there. Then when it's time to get into your room on that link you'll get an active button which you can slide and your room will be open. So to get to your room you always need a phone and wi-fi but the wi-fi works perfectly, so there won't be any issues. Just don't forget your phone inside :D

Everything! We booked a night stay for our girls trip and the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. We arrived early and the receptionist allowed early check in without any charges! Had the most lovely room, it was spacious, the toilet was super big, super clean! The brekfast buffet was cheap and super generous! It was the best european breakfast buffet spread we had been on!

The location is absolutely amazing, there are lots of coffee shops nearby and grocery shops as well. The check in is so easy and smooth, the staff is always smiling and welcoming, the rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, they even have laundry facilities inside the hotel. So I had a great stay and I’ll definitely be back!

THE PLACE TO STAY! Room was very big, the facilities amazing. We had a bathroom very big and comfortable, all the esencials very good quality. Though location is central, our room was quiet and had great city views. Brakfast was on the expensive side but AMAZING, very much worthy!!! Variety, tastiness all sorts of options.

It was Christmas time, the city was quite and peaceful.

It was Christmas time, the city was quite and peaceful. Pleasant to walk around as the temperature was around 0 degrees and no rain. Probably unusually mild for Oslo in December, no snow. Most of the museums are closed over the days of Christmas, as are the many restaurants and shops. So you will need to research your eating options in advance, but you will find them. Starts to get busy again from the 27th December. Overall a very nice city to visit. Transport in Oslo is very good, although if you are based in the city centre you can walk to most attractions. No need for cash, use cards or apps.

We did not stay long but Oslo felt like a humane city.

We did not stay long but Oslo felt like a humane city. It might be cold and dark during the winter months, but locals were very warm, helpful and chill. I would certainly visit this charming city again to enjoy the night life a bit more. Maybe during summer ;)

Oslo city was a pleasant surprise, fabulous architecture,...

Oslo city was a pleasant surprise, fabulous architecture, easily walkable, clean, and quiet given that 80% of cars are electric so too are the trams and most of the buses. Traffic was minimal during the week although noticeably more on the Friday. Very easy to navigate via the Ruter# App, and trains to and from the Airport are inexpensive and quick into the city centre. Warning, there are more than one train operator, so make sure you get on the correct train otherwise you will be charged again once on board for having the wrong ticket !! Lesson learned, Food and drink expensive as anticipated, and if not a fan of Norwegian food there are options - actually Italian was pretty good as was the French bistro we visited. However, rather short on salad or vegetable options. Of course everyone speaks english so you should have no trouble finding your way around or navigating menus etc.
