Lovely place, located on an island. We had inspiring talks with our hosts, had a nice swimming spot and really enjoyed the silence at this place! Even a yoga room is there. It's a perfect place for groups. To stay on this island feels like being on a retreat. Thank you for this wonderful time!

The accommodation is excellent, the location and the view of the mountains are priceless. The shop is about 15 minutes away from the accommodation. The children enjoyed the varied activities and fun in the snow. I will definitely come again. The staff is to be commended, wonderful people.

My second time at Groven, and I will come back. I came once in summer, and this time in Autumn. Close to Dalen. The cabin is nice, warm, enough wood to turn on the fireplace. Very cosy.

This traditional family-run B&B is in the Telemark village of Dalen, 500 metres from the Telemark Canal. The modern rooms include a private bathroom with shower.
