The location was so nice with sea view and mountain view. We are at the 2nd floor with balcony. It was not good weather during the night time so we did not have chance to view the aurora as many other people did. The 2 bedroom suite was very large with 2 bathroom and 2 kitchens. The breakfast buffet was good.

Mefjord Brygge is surrounded by mountains in the picturesque fishing village of Mefjordvær on Senja Island.

A great place to stay in a beautiful corner of Northern Norway. If you are traveling alone, make sure to book the bunk bed room. It has better view than most other more expensive rooms. May be a bit tight for two people, though.

Stunning views. Shared bathroom and kitchen was super clean so that was not a compromise at all.

Senja has blown our minds! Such a beautiful place. We were the only guests staying there but still the owner (or maybe not the owner but the one who has made us feel so welcome) made sure that everything was taken care of. He cooked the meals himself (delicous!) and showed us the Norwegian way of life. Also he had the best tips for spotting the Nothern Lights and even got out the come find us one evening when the Northern Lights were so clearly visible in all their colours; one night to remember (i'm even getting emtional while writing this, an absolute bucket list moment). The setting of Senja Fjordhotell is absolutely great en idyllic.

In a very remote but stunning place in Norway , this hotel is very modern but in a nice way. The hotel seems to be family run and operated by very genuine people. Food was top class also

Mettes house is very cosy and welcoming, kitchen very well equipped and all spaces are quite big. Close to supermarket and about 1h to Senja main turistic spots, good compromise considering the price. Totally recommended!
