Overall the hotel has this cosy atmosphere, rooms very simple but very stylish. Heating in the room was perfect. It was also very quiet so it made really easy for me to unwind after a long day spent on tours. The staff is amazing, absolutely doing everything to make the whole experience even better. Special mention to Maggie and Sergey who went above and beyond to make sure that people enjoy their time in the hotel. Breakfast selection is just enough in my opinion, everything is fresh and well prepared.

Almost everything is perfect. The room is clean and spacial. The people here are friendly and willing to help. The heating system is like that the energy is free of cost. The location is right next to the city center, which means easy to go to restaurants and supermarket. It is very important in winter. The decoration makes me feel in a wooden cottage, which was an amazing experience.

The rooms are refurbished, warm, quiet, exceedingly comfortable, and have a great view. The restaurant's chef is very talented and his food is super tasty! But best of all is the incredible staff - Anna, Yana, Igor and Anatoliy. Their friendliness, amazing positivity, helpful attitudes and guidance made my stay incredibly memorable. They are the beating heart of the establishment and I appreciated the kindness and warmth they extended to me. They also organise adventures with Constantine, who can show you the best spots around Pyramiden and is just the most decent, fun, and knowledgable companion to explore with! Two nights was not long enough of a stay, a hotel not to be missed.

The staff were very talkative and helpful, easy to communicate with, the restaurant was very nice with some great food and also the rooms were very comfy and easy to access with a code to enter room instead of a swipe card you could easily misplace. The communal area was also very cozy and nice to sit and relax in front of the fire.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Longyearbyen. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly made waffles that truly deserve a perfect score. The room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The hotel is located on the edge of town, which made it especially peaceful—our window looked directly out onto snow-covered mountains, an unforgettable view. A special thank you to the hotel staff for their kindness and thoughtfulness. They helped us borrow a sled, which became a perfect way for our 4-year-old to get around.
