"Quaint little town with beautiful natural surroundings. Visible Northern Lights (if it's not cloudy, but it's not cloudy 24/7) and lots of REAL snow. I went here to get away from the bustling city life, and because of the polar winter, it really felt like I had reached the end of the world. 100% recommend if you want a chill, but exciting get-away. Reindeer burgers and pizza are also absolutely delicious! Still have to try some of the other local dishes, but so far, it looks promising!"

Breakfast was excellent for such a remote place. People were so friendly. Rooms were clean. Bar was nice, the resataurant was glass roof. They have many plants in the restaurant, and is claimed to be the greenest place in Svalbard. The views are good, Location is close to city center, and a walking distance from Radisson Blu where most activities are starting. Also walking distance from Church, Brewery, Museums, Restaurants etc. From Airport there is a shuttle bus and this is the first stop.

The location was perfect, the hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, we were upgraded to a room in the main building which was a very pleasant surprise! All the staff were very nice and helping. The complimentary coffee corner was one of the things i loved 🙂
