Huge 2 bedroom apartment. 3 bathrooms. Very clean. Washing machine and small detergent made my day. Very quiet. Shopping mall just across the road. Helpful staff. We forgot the backpack outside of the hotel . The staff member took it inside and send it to us by taxi. Thank you guys!

    I was a resident of AUH & moved back to EU. The cost of living has gone up drastically which was a surprise. But was a feeling of nostalgia for us. Discovered the new water front around the Al Maqtaa Area.

    Dining Experience

    Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

    You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. It is easy moving from resort to resort as transportation is offered by the hotel.

    Abu Dhabi, has a very Dubai feel to it (i.e. high rise buildings and loads of malls). Not a great deal of natural beauty to see, unless deserts are your thing ;-). that said, the desert safari with bbq was a great experience and worth doing.

    It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back! The must-see tour is Jebel Hafeet mountain, the view is worth the effort of climbing.

    Though it's so far, considering a 3-hour drive from Dubai, it is worth the visit. The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) We had breakfast & dinner at L'Attitude, and the food and staff were superb! We really had a fantastic 2-night stay!

    My wife and I are overwhelmed with the total experience and serenity this resort gave us during our stay. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service.     Abu Dhabi is a cultural city — calmer and more laid-back than Dubai — with beautiful greenery, stunning architecture, and an easygoing atmosphere. It’s home to world-class attractions like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Yas Island, and the majestic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. I haven’t had the chance to visit the museums or the mosque yet, but they’re high on my list for the future.
