Our stay at Koofan Heritage Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to Oman. It is rare to find a place where history and hospitality meet so perfectly. This 150-year-old house has been lovingly restored, preserving the authentic Omani culture and architecture while providing a unique hotel experience. You can truly feel the history in every corner and every detail. What made our stay even more exceptional was the incredible service. I want to give a special mention to Suhebur Rahman. He is an outstanding professional who went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and memorable journey. His warmth and dedication are a true reflection of the authentic hospitality this Lodge stands for. I have a bad experience during check-in as follows. The hotel provided me with a standard room, then after I asked the reception staff, my booking is a deluxe room, not Stansted, The staff try to convince with bad attitude me to take the stander, cose my reservation different deluxe. I opened my booking, which is clear the type of room, and photo of the room at booking App, Then, in difficulty, she agreed to change the room as per my booking.

The location was incredible: such breathtaking views at the top of Jebel Samhan! The service was fantastic, the guys took care of everything. The breakfast was nice and big, the rooms facing the mountain cliff had everything you needed. Beware: this hotel does not have wi-fi :) great way to disconnect

Everything was wonderful, the buildings, the sea, the Food. We had a great breakfast full of everything you can wish, the sea was absolutely spectacular, everything was great, the receptionist Rasha was a wonderful kind person who has made us to get the best from this experience. Our room had a view unforgettable directly on the beach. She has welcomed us with a great fresh fruit and fresh watermelon juice.
