Room is very spacious and clean, staff is very professional and always ready to help (I ve got a free late check-out as my flight was later in the afternoon, this allowed me to take a shower after a sightseeinng day in the region). Special thanks to Salim and Walid for their kindness, but in general all staff is very supportive (also for special requests at breakfast), The pool on the terrace is amazing. The position is great, near to many restaurants and big malls. welcome coffee and a sense of being at home, the best you can have when you are travelling. Really a place to recommend.

The hotel provided me with a standard room, then after I asked the reception staff, my booking is a deluxe room, not Stansted, The staff try to convince with bad attitude me to take the stander, cose my reservation different deluxe. The location was incredible: such breathtaking views at the top of Jebel Samhan! The service was fantastic, the guys took care of everything. A budgeted three-star hotel in the very center of the city and at the back of the main bazaar( market) Where you will find food restaurants, cafes, ATMs, and all kinds of necessities of life, with the Sultan Qaboos Mosque on one side and the beach on the other, about a ten-minute drive away. We took the room on the 6th floor which was spacious, clean and airy room with a beautiful view of the mosque from the window, the room had a king size bed with a sofa and a table as well as bottled water and coffee and tea making facilities. Yes, it was a cozy and comfortable room with a big size bathroom. when it comes to breakfast you will find a good variety of Indian food. If we talk about the behavior of the staff, from the front office to the room cleaning, all the staff were professional and well behaved. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salalah.

Not sure where to begin, but let's start from the moment my wife and I stepped into Hilton Salalah Resort. We were warmly welcomed by the most respectful, professional, and friendly receptionist, Ahmed! We were also fortunate to meet Awad, who greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel at home instantly. Abdallah and Ellen were amazing too and ensured we had a smooth check-in/check-out. Our stay in the grand suite was nothing short of perfection, with stunning views and a dedicated housekeeping team that kept everything impeccable. Mariam and her colleague, Ujjal were consistently polite, friendly, and always punctual, making sure we never needed a thing. Even the guy in the shop was very polite, nice and amazing! Now, onto what everyone looks forward to—*the food!* The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Dinner was even better, as we enjoyed the à la carte menu and tried so many delicious dishes, each one better than the last. A huge thank you to Rhea, Karen, Hasara, Mr. Rasik (the F&B manager), and Chef Mohamed Tawfik—the maestro behind every delightful bite. They pampered us daily throughout our 10-day stay, and their hospitality made us never want to leave. Last but certainly not least, this exceptional team wouldn't shine as brightly without the visionary leadership of Mr. Ahmed Masoud, the GM. His eloquent communication, leadership skills, and dedication to his team's success truly reflect in every part of the resort. God bless him and the entire team at Hilton Salalah for making our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

We had an executive suite with 2 rooms so the room was decent size with nice and comfy beds. Staff was friendly and the hotel was decently cleaned. Salalah is very exotic.

Salalah is very exotic. When you travel around you spot camels, cows and donkeys wandering on mountains paths. You wouldn't find modernity and so many things to do as in Emirates, but you will find beautiful beach, in some places wild, without buildings. Not far from the city u can go to hills enjoying beautiful view. People are very friendly. Resorts are beautiful and well maintained.

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect...

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect if you look for a quite and familiar place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. the surrundings are stunning and the trip is aboslutely worth it. There are several resorts in the area but they are very decent and not invasive.
