Everything! Big and clean rooms, clean hotel, nice breakfast and exceptional food at the panorama restaurant! Central position, close to main objectives, parking, and good wifi. The personelle is fantastic! Keep up the good work. We left kyriad salalah and in Muscat we chose also, Kyriad!

A very good hotel with high level of service. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The room is nice, clean, furniture is in good condition. Good location. Breakfast at Flowers Restaurant is very good, they have a huge selection to suit all tastes. Highly recommend.

It felt and was definitely my HOME away from HOME. I liked the professional approach from the word go. Brilliant team of staff, excellent leadership skills and fantastic communication and customer service skills.

All food was great, including breakfast and every set menu evening meal. Service was friendly. Rasha at reception was also great as were the other reception staff. I also liked the fact that it is adults only and peaceful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Dhofar region.

The location was perfect, and the cleaness of the hotel. The staff were so helpful and I enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool.

I loved how convenient the location was! Being able to walk straight from my room to the conference sessions made the whole experience stress-free. It gave me more time to network and less time worrying about logistics. The staff (Omani, Egyptian, and Indian) were extraordinarily friendly and hospitable. I actually missed the university bus one morning, and without hesitation, they offered me a free ride to the conference center just to save me time. They truly care about their guests!

At the time we stayed at the Souq Beach Hotel, it was brand new. Many items were clearly unused, even unwrapped. The rooms are a nice size with glass all around, allowing for views of the sea, the new Souq area and the palm trees and farming areas. You can park within a jumping distance from the doorway into the hotel, for free also. The cleaning team did a fantastic job daily, cleaning up in the aftermath of three young children and a wife (not me, I'm impeccable obviously).

Super satisfied. Bigger rooms and amenities. easy to access. big and clean wash rooms. huge bed rooms.
