Kindness and helpfulness of the Staff

A surprisingly very nice hotel inside a mall(but with a nice garden view).Excellent staff,very nice buffet breakfast and a very nice Christmas buffet dinner. The executive suite was wide and tidy and the balcony was a great plus.The swimming pool area was welcoming. We appreciated a lot the earlier check in after our long haul flight and that small issues were solved instantly by calling the reception. Highly recommended hotel.

I have a bad experience during check-in as follows. The hotel provided me with a standard room, then after I asked the reception staff, my booking is a deluxe room, not Stansted, The staff try to convince with bad attitude me to take the stander, cose my reservation different deluxe. I opened my booking, which is clear the type of room, and photo of the room at booking App, Then, in difficulty, she agreed to change the room as per my booking.

Super comfy and cozy beds. Bathrooms were excellent. The water force in the faucets is superb.

All food was great, including breakfast and every set menu evening meal. Service was friendly. Rasha at reception was also great as were the other reception staff. I also liked the fact that it is adults only and peaceful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Dhofar region.

There is a bus station near the hotel if you are taking a bus from/to the airport like me. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially, they help me with my transport in Salalah. Wifi and hot water work well. Breakfast is quite tasty. There are a lot of eateries nearby. The hotel is quite clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Souq Beach Hotel in Salalah. 🤍 Everything was great! We were given a beautiful room with an amazing view, and we were warmly welcomed with fresh coconut. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for the lovely hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to come back!

Very spacious room (or actually two rooms) and all necessary amenities - bed, fridge, sofa... Everything one needs for a quick stay in Salalah while exploring its beauty.

I had a wonderful stay at Intercity Hotel. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and very convenient for everything. A special thanks to Adeeb from the reception for his exceptional service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Great experience, A kind of boutique hotel is a very special location. It is a positive shock in the middle of the industrial zone. Nothing around the hotel, but close to the best beaches, wonderful sunset
