Hands down the best place we have stayed on in any of our travels. We enjoyed being a bit more isolated from Bocas itself. The island is amazingly vibrant and natural. The owners are just so friendly and the food was really amazing. Being able to borrow the Kayaks and Snorkeling gear was a nice plus. One day we Kayaked over to Red Frog Beach and saw some Dolphins along the way. If you Kayak along the shores there is a good chance to see sloths as well. We also really just enjoyed spending time in the Hammocks on one if the docks.

Rodney and Debbie are very kind people and great hosts. They were very helpful with information for our daily adventures. We had interesting chats together and learnt quite a bit about living on the islands. Rodney gave us lifts in his boat to places we wanted to go to (snorkeling at hospital point, cacao plantation, red frog beach) - like our own special taxi service! Thank you! The house is great too. Spacious and comfortable. We felt at home very quickly. We chilled on the veranda and it was fun to watch various birds from there and little red frogs just up the hill behind the house.

Vladi Eco House is located in Bocas del Toro. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The house was big and amazing, very comfy and included everything you need for enjoying your stay. Kids also liked the place and especially access to Netflix :). Suyi and JJ were very friendly and welcome, were glad to help and advice on how to enjoy the stay on islands, and we really enjoyed.

Situated in Bastimentos, Ataraxia features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and sea views. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The place is amazing, it's a real hidden gem in the jungle of Isla Bastimentos. We were hesitant if we should stay at Isla Colon or go to Bastimentos because we didn't know how the transport between the island works, but it's really easy to get there and you can go to the beaches for a couple of dollars. Pierre and Manon were amazing hosts, they helped us with everything we needed and you can see they're doing everything they can fit their guests. The breakfasts and dinners were really tasty. The cabins are well equipped, modern and spacious. We were a bit worried about the lack of hot water but it was completely fine, I think we wouldn't use it even if it was available. All in all, the best place we stayed in during our trip to Panama, go there without any hesitation! Ask for cabin number 5 for the best view.

The Lodge at Punta Rica- Hilltop Eco-Lodge with Views & Pool is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Bastimentos, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, private beach area and... Punta Rica Lodge is nestled in the Bastimentos island jungle, surrounded by beautiful flora (trees, colorful flowers) and fauna (amazingly rich wildlife). We loved our super friendly, open, fun and helpful hosts, Brian and Daniel, who have made us truly feel at ease and among friends in this beautiful place. Most nights we ate dinner together, since Dan cooks the most amazing and varied dishes, all from fresh, local ingredients, while Brian makes wonderful cocktails that made us feel at home and among friends, sharing stories, dreams and travel adventures. We loved the pool and the common area (living and dining room), as well as our amazing suite, the delicious and fresh meals and the smiles. Thank you. It was one of the most amazing experiences ever.
