I like all the staff of the hotel, very accommodating👍😊 The bed is soft and they provide all inside the room, and it's good we bring our own pillow and blanket, because of my daughter with me.

The service rendered to us was the highlight of our stay.Everyone was in their best smile,welcomed us and made us feel at home.Front desk staff JOSHUA and PRINCESS JANNA was kind and helpful that they arranged a taxi for us. They're both attentive to our needs so thank you guys! Lei and Kem was courteous,room attendants and the security guard (Ronald) also helpful. We spent a lovely morning walk by the pool followed by a sumptuous breakfast served by Sophia and Glai. This two girls ensured that we enjoyed the food which we did! Kudos to the chef.It would be better if it's buffet style in the future. Overall, the way your staff treat their guests is the foremost reason we will be coming back.Thank you once again and I look forward to spending time at your five-star service hotel!

Great breakfast and good location.

From the monent we arrived, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were fantastic and very attentive, however, we'd like to give a special mention to Donald (The Manager), Dexter (Bar tender and entertainment) and Maricel. These 3 were exceptional. The free activities, snorkelling, kayaks etc are a great idea. The pool is great. Very clean. As is the jacuzzi. The food is delicious, and drinks are reasonably priced.

The cabanas were lovely and even roomier in actual. The space was more than enough, even with an extra bed in a cabana double. The food was excellent, if a bit pricey (though to be expected; these were resort prices). The amenities one would need are readily available. The spa was amazing. UNWND also accommodated our accessibility request, given that we were traveling with a senior citizen. We were given a cabana closest to the restaurant. This was very much appreciated.

I really like this place, a pet-friendly resort with very clean rooms. Every staff member is super warm and friendly. Due to the typhoon, we are the only guests in the resort. I hope the next time we come here.

the flexibility and customer service

The hotel's location is at the heart of the city, and it is convenient to get around the metro of Lipa. The staff were helpful and provided our needs. Their restaurants and facilities are not massive but good enough to have a decent meal with friends and families. The only item I want to recommend to the hotel is to add fruits as part of the buffet breakfast menu. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Lipa and would prefer walking and exploring the main city.

Very pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean, with a large flat-screen TV and daily housekeeping, which I really appreciated. The bed was big and very comfortable, perfect for resting. The air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently, which was a big plus. Another great feature is the themed rooms inspired by cities like New York, Paris, or London. I stayed in the Boracay-themed room, which was a nice and original touch. Overall, excellent conditions and a very comfortable stay. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is on the fringe of the First Philippines Industrial Park. It was easy to access, clean and well maintained. Close to the Santo Tomas arterial road, it was easy to travel in the surrounding area.

Staff are pro's and make everything a tailored experience. Loved to give them decent tip. Well deserved. We will be returning very soon. The chefs are excellent! Rooms are big and spacious. Really appreciated the welcome drinks, the attentiveness of staff and the board games are superb!!! In fact I hope theres more board games as it was really great to play with family. Table tennis is a great addition. The view.

local places to eat and drink.. miara the worker was dellightfuf.. all my needs were full filled ... and the local home made gin was tip top.. also snake charming for begginers was interesting
