This is a simple, no-frills hotel. Located by the highway and just outside Balai Isabel. I had the single room, which has a single bed. It's a good place for when you are only looking to have a decent place to stay for the night.

Staff services are great. They are very helpful and polite. Venue is great too. Ambiance is bright and cheerful, unlike other hotels we have been to. 😅 Our hotel of choice when going to Tagaytay 🙏

The place is spacious and the garden is well kept. There is also a clean pool, gym, and tables and chairs outside.

Staff are pro's and make everything a tailored experience. Loved to give them decent tip. Well deserved. We will be returning very soon. The chefs are excellent! Rooms are big and spacious. Really appreciated the welcome drinks, the attentiveness of staff and the board games are superb!!! In fact I hope theres more board games as it was really great to play with family. Table tennis is a great addition. The view.

We booked in for another three days before we were due for our original booking of 7 days due to other travel disruption. The hotel placed us in a one bedroom room with plenty of space before we moved into a larger studio after the 3 days. Very pleased with what the hotel offered.

The location is beautiful, very peaceful. The owner is very responsive.

Location is along the highway but near the intersection making it quite a challenge for access. There was staff available in the reception 24/7. They accommodated me as an early check-in with 15mins to spare before 2pm. Working water heating for bathing.

I like that the staff were attentive; from being responsive to inquiries to the assistance they provided on-site. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

No information about the availability of the parking space. We requested for 3 people in one room. In the end, we decided not to stay. The receptionist is blaming BOOKING.COM for not handling the request properly

It was nice and clean and it had enough car parking space. The rooms were comfortable. They supplied free drinking water each day as well as clean bath towels and shampoo, etc. It was only 300 metres from Starbucks (which was a boon).
