Great good location next to the airport Staff was very caring Next to 7/11 and Starbucks, late night food options in the hotel as well We were only there for 1 night in between flights, but it was a very nice start for our holidays.

Everything. This was my third time I booked this hotel. I love the rooftop restaurant for its view and warm customers service and the breakfast hotel food and the friendly and accommodating staff. The security guards and the bell boy who helped us carried our baggages. I have nothing but appreciation and applause for all the staffs. They are all deserving a Christmas bonus. I hope they have. The hotel was surrounded w many nice restaurants and stores. I will definitely recommend this place and we will come back again and choose this hotel. A perfect short or long staycation. The room and amenities were outstanding. The room is clean and spacious. I‘d love to stay again when I‘m in Manila.

Prime hotel location as it is just opposite NAIA terminal 3. The room is quite spacious and the hotel staffs are very helpful. They helped us carry our luggages till the entrance of the link-bridge.

Great location. Can walk to SM Aura, which is close by and also Market Market! Room service made the room perfect every day. Very friendly staff. All in all, I had a wonderful time there.

Heritage Hotel Manila is the Hotel any traveller would wanna stay at. The service is top notch. My gosh the staff are so amazing, kind and superfriendly. Their service is top notch. They went beyond and above in preparing for our arrival, even sending us messages to ensure we needed everything we wanted. We booked an airport pick up. Price was reasonable. The driver came, even waited for us to use the Forex Exchange facility, waited for us to grab our phone SIM cards and was super patient with us. Katrina and Oneil were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for everything.

This is a very clean, safe, and excellent hotel. All the staff are welcoming, polite, and truly take care of you. My room, number 712, was simple but had everything I needed for my business trip. The view was perfect – overlooking the pool, palm trees, and the new Makati buildings. Most importantly, the hygiene was top-notch. My room was spotless, and I know what I'm talking about as I take up to 30 business trips a year, many of them overseas. I’d also like to thank the staff for the complementary late check-out until 2:00 PM. It was a perfect touch. At first, I was a bit concerned about how to spend the three hours before heading to the airport (my transfer was at 5:00 PM), but it turned out there’s a lot to do nearby. Greenbelt is just a short walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants, and the Landmark mall was also close by. Everything was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One person I want to specifically mention is Nelson Valdez. I hope I’ve remembered his name correctly. When I arrived on December 2nd, around 10:00 PM, after a long journey involving three flights, he was so warm and helpful. It turned out I didn’t have the hotel’s car service, but Nelson took my driver’s number, called him, and explained exactly where I was. He also advised me not to go to the spot listed on my taxi reservation due to construction work in the area, which made my arrival in Manila and at the hotel much more pleasant. One thing I wish I had known earlier is that the hotel offers airport pick-up services. I think this should be clearly mentioned on the hotel's website or booking.com page. I booked my stay months ago and didn’t see this information, so a note like, “We offer airport transfer and our staff will greet you upon arrival” would be really helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

everything was good and staff very kind and welcoming i used the GYM and swimming in rooftop with nice view in sunset and nice place for chilling or working honestly it's worth it, and if i back to manila for sure i will go back to canopy

Room was great. View was of the building across the street. Pool view was a lot more expensive. Bed was a bit too soft. Reason for backache. Food was great. People so nice and friendly and polite.
