I stayed at Hotel Okura Manila at the end of July and had an outstanding experience. The location is perfect—just steps from NAIA Terminal 3 and directly connected to Newport Mall and the casino. The hotel itself is elegant, with a stunning lobby and beautifully designed rooms. My Hinoki-yu Room with a cypress bathtub was unique and very relaxing. Comfort is excellent: spacious bathroom, Nespresso, smart TV, and strong Wi-Fi. Facilities like the rooftop pool, fitness center, and sauna make the stay even more enjoyable. Dining was also a highlight—refined Japanese cuisine at Yamazato, a relaxing breakfast at Yawaragi, and a great atmosphere at the Sora rooftop bar. A perfect blend of Japanese hospitality and modern luxury. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

Stayed for 1 night as we were transiting the next morning . Firstly I was very impressed by the lady who assisted us at the help desk. She was very hospitable. The room, including bathroom was very clean and the beds very comfortable.location is also very close to the airport and there’s a mall nearby aswell. I would definitely stay there again

I booked Okada Manila as a wedding gift to my cousins. The original booking was a Junior Suite and a Deluxe King rooms. Okada had given my family one more room as a gift. So it became two rooms I paid, plus one free room. We could not thank you enough for the service and generosity.

Manila is a vibrant and chaotic city. Whoever designed the street system there was obviously either on drugs or is a lunatic. The people are what make Manila worth your time. Everyone Ive met was really friendly, but.. the more people you meet, the more challenging the poverty many people live with can be confronting.

please refund my payment. the booking did not push through. when we arrive at the area, no one met with us in the lobby. we have been chatting with the property and the property responded that the booked unit is not available. the least you could do is return the money. i blame booking.com for this.

I planned the trip outside the busy Christmas season, so less road traffic and not so busy in the shops. It is always best to chose accommodation near the activities or meetings. If you intend to shop around, GreenHills is one of the good location but be wary of those shopkeepers who put a price hike. Manila is centre to all fun locations, for example to Tagaytay, Laguna, Taytay, Batangas, Clark, Bulacan, Antipolo, Pampanga. There are lots of eating places, for authentic Filo you may want to go to Crisostomo, Antonios, Newport World Resorts had lots of good restaurants. If you are going around Manila, you can use LRT or MRT, avoid jeepneys or buses, get the Grab app, so you can easily hire a ride share car.
