I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience:) The room was perfectly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, delicious breakfast, nice view from my window and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Manila surprised me in the best possible way.

Manila surprised me in the best possible way. The city has this mix of chaos and charm that somehow feels alive from the moment you step outside. Warm air, busy streets, people everywhere — but it never feels overwhelming. Instead, it feels like the city is constantly inviting you to explore. What I enjoyed most was the contrast: quiet mornings with coffee and fresh fruit, then evenings full of lights, noise, and energy. Street food stalls, small bars, and random corners of the city all had their own personality. Even simple things like grabbing a coconut juice or walking through a mall felt easy and comfortable. The people made the experience even better. Friendly, helpful, and always ready to point you toward something interesting — whether it’s a hidden food spot, a lively alley, or a place with great local vibes. You never feel lost here; someone is always ready to help. Overall, Manila gave me a mix of comfort, excitement, and warm hospitality. It’s a city that grows on you fast, and I’d happily come back again.

Just the guard,and the 3 staff,aside from those,nothing,our stay was not great. Too expensive for that kind of hotel,my number one complain is the washroom.too much mold,smells so bad,i can't even stay longer,i need to spray perfume so I can use it.

Manila is a beautiful and nice city except for the traffic...

Manila is a beautiful and nice city except for the traffic which is always jammed. Use Grab and not the Taxis, it is safer and you pay the right price. Visit MOA, Mabini Street, Baclaran and Sta Cruz. Don't buy anything from street vendors. Negociate prices àt Baclaran. They put them higher for foreigners. Find filipino friends to shop with so you can't be scammed.

Old Town Manila very charming with a museum passport ticket to see all 5 and get stamped for each at good price. We were not warned that you cannot buy currency with your card, only cash for cash for international travellers. Some places don't take master card so you can run out of cash. Mostly experienced a very considerate culture and apart from 1 driver, Grab was excellent!
