We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip, and both times were simply wonderful. The staff was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. One of the team members even remembered us from our first stay and made a point of greeting us personally the second time, which made us feel really welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with modern, comfortable furniture and a stylish, clean design throughout. Our room had an incredible view, which made waking up each morning a real treat. Everything about our stay was pleasant and easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

the service is fantastic. In general i really don’t like in Manila because I find it very noisy and crowded but this hotel makes me feel good of the city. it was very convenient going to LTO main office and stone away from many malls. My children loved the pool and little playground and I like how clean it is. If we return in the Philippines, i will surely book at this hotel again. Going to the airport using Toll Highway is pretty fast too. Overall, I highly rated this hotel. thank you

Everything! Clean, practical, pleasant place. Staff are 100% friendly and accommodating. They will always greet you whenever they see you, which really make a lot of difference. All you need in a room is there, if only they can provide a mini fridge and DIY laundry, I would really think it's perfect! I will always come back to Go Hotel Ortigas simply because it exceeds my expectations. My favorite hotel in the metro.

Just the guard,and the 3 staff,aside from those,nothing,our stay was not great. Too expensive for that kind of hotel,my number one complain is the washroom.too much mold,smells so bad,i can't even stay longer,i need to spray perfume so I can use it.

People are nice and friendly but the infrastructure condition and the way everything being managed are stunningly below the minimum standard given 20-30 years of window to play catchup. . Meals come with tiny portions and over priced. No sign of confidence and genuine smile on the face of ppl there

Manila is a very big city with all the problems of that.

Manila is a very big city with all the problems of that. The traffic is a challenge but we were very well taken care of by using Grab cars to get around and using Grab for the food delivery to our hotel when we decided to dine in. We were there on business so didn't go to any of the attractions except for the Mall of Asia, if you can class that as an attraction. We didn't go to any restaurants, except for those in the mall which has an extensive range of all types of foods so we felt well catered for. Having our young daughter with us she decided that she wanted to try the ice skating in the mall and had a great time doing that.
