Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties and friendly helpful staff

The hotel was in a central location to the shopping malls. The staff were very helpful, especially a young man by the name Mr.Daim of Customer Service, who was always more than willing to advise on the mode of transport and malls to visit. All the staff were quite pleasant. The decor of the hotel was great with the classic car in the reception an outstanding feature with the many huge crystal chandeliers creating a sense of majesty. The hotel was just great. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Dinner was buffet with various dishes and desert was just great, sweet stuff to give someone predisposed to diabetes a very difficult time to refuse the delicacies. Overall a great hotel.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The environment is very clean, cozy, and gives a homely feeling. Everything is new and well maintained, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

breakfast was very wonderful with choice of many types of food and an open buffet. i also thank the resturant staff for their effort and dedication to work.and it was a very spacious and comfortable place and i would like to thank mr asif whos is responsible for room needs i would like to especialy thank the reciption staff mr hammad and mrs shiza for their good treatment and good manners i wish them success in their professional future god bless you all staff and i hope i will visit you again

Excellent stay – 10/10 The Lodge exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, the cleanliness was spot on, and the breakfast was fantastic. The service throughout was excellent. My son even asked the staff to help order Foodpanda late at night as we didn’t have the app, and they didn’t hesitate at all — they were more than happy to help and support him. Outstanding service and facilities. Highly recommended. 10/10

I had an absolutely amazing stay ! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.

It was really spacious and clean and really easy to get to location wise, we had problems with our previous hotel and at the last minute found this on the day of my wedding and they were amazing at messaging back and also upgraded us to the bigger room and included breakfast.

The best part is the location; all things are nearby, and it's clean and comfortable. Most importantly, Mr. Sabir is really helpful.
