I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything was perfect: it was spacious, offered free parking, and provided two rooms for our family. The amenities included air conditioning, a private bathroom, and breakfast. The staff was very professional and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to other families traveling through Katowice.

The bed was comfy, the room was very cleaned, on the TV you could find info about the hotel and the services they provide, which was very useful to me. The hotel was close to the bus station that has the AP route to and from the airport, close to the Train Station if you want to take a train and visit other cities, like Krakow.

Great hotel. Comfortable, big, quiet, clean rooms. Nicely decorated. Fully stoked mini bar. Big bathroom. Big, nice comfy bed. And great view form balcony. Great food options for breakfast and dinner. Amazing cocktails :-) Hotel is located on the side of the mountain so car is best way to get to town center. Staff were amazing, friendly and professional. Overall we had great experience!

I was able to check-in early (around 12nn). The room, including the toilet and bathroom, was big and spacious. The hotel is a little bit out of the way but there are bus stops and convenience stores nearby.

We've been there before and will come back soon! Rooms are spacious and very clean, staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, location just perfect and the beer was cold just right. Adding the excellent and extremely rich breakfast the picture is full, so the result is: Recommended!

We do not say this often - we liked everything! Room size, bed quality, decorations, bathroom size and shower quality, colors (use of forest green in the room and restaurant splendid). Full comfort thought out. Exquisite restaurant with it soothing decor and tasty and interesting food choices, and wonderfully equipped rooftop deck, completed the deck. I did not even list the spa, which I was exited about, but unfortunately we caught bad cold and to hide and rest.
