Good stay for one night, satisfied with everything. Breakfast was very good, big choice for all tastes! Near the hotel is restaurant with delicious food and friendly and professional staff.

Standard of the room was excellent, clean and tidy, all prepared spot on!

Unlimited access to Terma Bania. It really makes a difference. Selection of saunas, relax area with a pool bar, a number of pool attractions (like whirlpool). Entire hotel is pretty new, really well designed in realistic highlander style. It even has a room with top shelf PCs and VR headsets.

I think that it is a well located accommodation, near to everything. I recommend its restaurant sincs its dishes were tasty.

I really liked the interior design! And the waitress was really helpful and sweet!

It‘s warm! Even with lots of minuses outside the room and the entire hotel was always warm and comfy. The restaurant was great and the breakfast is one of the best and richest we have ever enjoyed anywhere. A few things I did not find in the description, but are worth mentioning: The hotel provides bathrobes and pool towels. There is a ski room with lockers and boot dryers/warmers.

The hotel is clean and the wellness is probably one of the best I have ever seen. Breakfast was fantastic. It was served untill 10:00, but it was 9:45 and the crew has still added fresh food on the table. Absolutely great attitude. Clean room and nice bathrooms.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is just perfect: in the most beautiful mountain area, right next to the sky walk. The parking lot is very big. The recreational area is wonderfully taken care of, with closely mown grass, beautiful flowers, a space with a few tables where the parents can enjoy coffee or a drink while keeping a close watch on their children who have a lot of room to play on the lawn. The reception is on 24/7. There is a fitness room, two rooms with pool tables and other indoor games that my two teenage sons enjoyed playing. The apartment that we stayed in was spacious, with two bathrooms and a large balcony with a mountain view. Everything was squeaky clean. Breakfast was tasty and with a large range of food to choose from.

Pool, place for kids, unbelievable spa and really good massage. The staff is amazing 🤩

Amazing hotel with stunning decor; we loved absolutely everything; Comfortable and very clean rooms, lovely staff, phenomenal breakfast and absolutely delicious food at the à la cart restaurant. It is a bit of walk to the town but for us it was manageable. Hotel has good gym and really lovely spa. It was a great choice!

A complete experience from when we checked in to the time we left. The room and facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, delicious traditional Polish breakfast. Location was great nearby to a bus stop, although we did need it, and the staff was the best, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.
