The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. I came to do some training with the road bike, so I especially liked the swimming pool and spa. The restaurants in town are about 15 minutes walk, and they are quite nice. The staff was very helpful, giving me a room to lock the bike in.

A clean, brand-new hotel with friendly staff. The buffet in the morning and evening is magnificent! If you dine at the à la carte restaurant, the menu is excellent and suits all tastes.

We really enjoyed our stay with the family. The spa was a pleasant part of each day. Breakfast was rich and varied.

The room, the staff, the restaurant, the parking, the area where the hotel is situated. Apart from the Booking.com Genius Upgrade the hotel gave us for sure the best room they have. Silent, beautiful view outside, a small river close by and a spacious parking. The room was big and very clean. Bathroom, big and very clean. Including heating. A nice and big balcony. At night 100% silent (good isolation). The staff, at arrival and at checking out speak good English and German and are very friendly. Same as the staff in the fantastic restaurant. The breakfast is pure quality. A wide choice of food with many delicious items that really (positive) surprised us. The hotel at itself is beautiful and just a few minutes driving from the centre of the very nice village. It is clear to us that the owner and his son perfect know what it means to be one of the best. For sure we will visit you again.

Exceptional service from check in to check out. We even stayed an additional night. There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault

The food and hotel staff exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is surrounded by forest. Nice view from the part of the rooms. Good Spa. Very clean. Great breakfast. Rather far from Szklarska Poręba, better to be on a car

The hotel is located in the middle of the forest, which is absolutely beautiful. Just a few steps away, there is a stunning view of a waterfall and river surrounded by the magnificent forest. The staff at the hotel are very polite and welcoming. The morning breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food, and there is always a lovely dessert to enjoy afterward. You can spend your time walking through the forest, relaxing in nature, or chilling out at the pool, jacuzzi, or spa. The hotel offers many wonderful options for a truly relaxing stay.

Superb location and fantastic, helpful ladies in the reception. It was my 4th time there. Best location. Just few kilometres after German border into Poland. Really nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Restaurant is open until late, and food is really good and well priced. Will definitely be back next time I'm travelling that way again.

Personnel always ready to help. Good cleaning. Most importantly the design of facility is very thought through, makes the stay pleasant.

Cozy hotel not far to the downtown. Breakfast was really good and personal stuff in the reception was really helpful with some issues I have with people in another room next to mine
