The hotel is in a good location for those who want a quiet place not too far from the center. It serves as a good starting point for trips by car. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, but the equipment shows signs of wear and tear. The breakfast is excellent, with a huge selection, including traditional things. I would definitely stay again.

Incredible well-trained staff at the reception desk, a professional welcome, guidance and a wonderful checkout experience delivered by both shifts.
Superb location and fantastic, helpful ladies in the reception. It was my 4th time there. Best location. Just few kilometres after German border into Poland. Really nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Restaurant is open until late, and food is really good and well priced. Will definitely be back next time I'm travelling that way again.

Everything was wonderful. The spa was amazing, with a very pleasant water temperature. There was a wide variety of food available for both breakfast and dinner. There were also many interesting places nearby to visit.

A paradise for kids - amazing amenities and great activities. Close to the ski slope (kids lift was very busy though).
Great place with stunning views, nice restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes and bar with tasty cocktails. I would especially like to highlight the spa with mountain views and the outdoor jacuzzi. Overall, our stay surpassed all expectations, and we can't wait to return.
Location was great. The views were fantastic. The rooftop tarrace access was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I liked that the window opened to let the fresh mountin air in. I got bottled water and fresh towels when needed. 2 bottled waters were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Good selection. Espresso machines had great coffee and variety of teas were also available. Staff was friedly, courteous and knowledgable.

Exceptional service from check in to check out. We even stayed an additional night. There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault
