PolandI was in Wisla for Ski Jumping world cup event for the weekend. Aries Wisla Location is the best to reach Ski Jumping Malinka Area. I was walking to the tournament from hotel and back, just in 15 minutes. This is my second time to Ski Jumping world cup in Wisla, and once again, I chose Aries Wisla, and it was my fourth time in Aries Wisla, since it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel is so comfortable and relaxing. everything is well prepared for the stay. Room was once again so comfortable, breakfast was exceptional level. Christmas decoration was fantastic, hotel was shiny, a lot of Christmas trees in and out. Fresh red flower all around, seriously hotel was well prepared for the relaxation.

United KingdomThree are plenty positives but just to mention a few. The breakfast was amazing and each morning something slightly new. The pool is for all ages and temperature is warmish, the Jaccussi was relaxing with beautiful views to the mountains. To turn on the water fall look for the button inside the pool under water on the wall to the left. There are no signs. Slippers and dressing gowns are provided in various sizes (located in your room). The staff were very helpful and spoke some English. The room had two massive radiators and the gloves and hats dried in no time. There are a good selection of drinks in the bar and some warm food is also available.

Very nice accomodation - spacious, cozy and very clean with a door between the two rooms which is practical when traveling with the kids. There were comfy beds and pillows, lovely shower with a solid water pressure and constant temperature, and kids loved the garden with a playground and a trampoline. The balcony with a mountain view on one side and a garden terrace on another side gave us plenty of options to enjoy both the morning and the evening sun.
We had nice weather, so the indoor playroom was not used much, but it was still great that so much space was devoted to keeping your kids happy even when indoors. Good parking, good wifi, and the hosts were nice and helpful. I think this was one of the best places we have stayed in.

The villa is conveniently situated near the Ustron Brzegi train stop, just about a kilometer away from the city center where you'll find restaurants. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk from the city center to reach the villa, or you can easily hail a taxi. The staff at the hotel are more than willing to assist you in arranging transportation, whether it's to the nearby mountains or for a pickup from the villa.
It's worth noting that while the staff may not speak English fluently, they are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our stay.

very clean and neat, very friendly staff especially the girls in the restaurant (exceeding expectation in customer service, especially that we do not eat meat and travelled with a fussy toddler). Beautiful views, located in a quiet are, not far from the centre. Nice outdoor area with playground too.

The suite was much larger than we expected, the breakfast was much richer than the photo indicated.
The pool, sauna, ping-pong, air-hockey, etc. were great.
We ordered dinner from the menu in the hotel restaurant and it was always excellent.
The views from the balconies were perfect too.

Superb location, staff friendly and willing to help during stay, nice and clean room, well equipped kitchen - we were very happy to be here! Also we were given bigger room with different terrace space (also very comfy), but I am sure that the one we booked would be just as nice!

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a quarter of an hour walk from the centre of Ustroń. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast offering in the dining room was excellent. This is certainly the redeeming feature of this hotel.

Staff so kindly accommodated our late night check-in and made us feel like family. The traditional Polish breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for walks around the city center. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful family holiday with our three children.
We had a wonderful family holiday with our three children. An ideal place for a quiet holiday. At the same time, short and interesting trips to nature or for fun are available, even to the Czech Republic. Hospitable and responsive host. Upon arrival, we found nice gifts for adults and children. Any small problems were resolved instantly.
Wonderful comfortable home, adapted to accommodate a large family. There are all living conditions and opportunities for recreation in the yard. If you have a car, then any shopping or entertainment is available within 15-20 minutes

The city is perfect for a short stay and breathing some fresh air. It's really easy to visit a nearby Wisła as well - buses leave every hour or two. It's really difficult to find a decent dining place. Everything's overpriced and the staff is generally rude everywhere you go. There's a wonderful wildlife sanctuary (Leśny Park Niespodzianek) placed on one of the hills of Ustroń - it's definitely a place worth visiting.
