I would especially like to highlight the staff - they were very kind and understanding.
We stayed in touch 24/7 during our trip, and they even checked us in very late at night, which allowed us to rest well after a long journey.
The soundproofing was excellent, the room had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel itself is new and fresh.
The location was perfect for us as we were just passing through, and it was very easy to find.
I really recommend staying here.

Villa Larus is a beautiful accommodation with an even more beautiful pool, located just steps away from the charming Palić Lake.
Everything you need is nearby – restaurants, shops, and even the zoo is just a short walk away.
The place is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast was great.
But what truly made our stay memorable were the hosts – kind, helpful, and incredibly supportive.
When our car broke down, they went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we still had a wonderful stay despite the setback.
All in all, a lovely experience – we’re full of praise and definitely planning to return!

It is a great place for your vacation or just for a short getaway from the city. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The whole area is huge and has a lot of potential for walking, swimming and having picnics. The gardens look awesome, they are very well taken care of. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Do not miss to have a breakfast with home made food, very tasty! Though the place is a bit far from Subotica and Palic, you can also easily get a delivery from the restaurants.

The place was in a good location (once you found it, DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS UNDER THE BOOKING IN GOOGLE MAPS), the owner was approachable, there were two pools, the Aircon was working well (although it did give out some strange noises), parking was right outside the apartment, grounds were well kept, the apartment was clean, even towels and coffee were provided. Close to Palic lake, Subotica and multiple borders.

Novi Sad is a fantastic destination, especially for active...
Novi Sad is a fantastic destination, especially for active travelers and remote workers! It is an incredibly green and bike-friendly city with a relaxed atmosphere. The city center is beautiful and easily walkable, featuring stunning sights like Freedom Square, the Name of Mary Church, and the historic Dunavska Street. The absolute highlights are the beautiful Limanski Park with its free outdoor gym, the relaxing Danube Park, and the magnificent Petrovaradin Fortress with its iconic Clock Tower. For recreation, Štrand beach along the Danube is amazing, and there is a great 1500m running track by the river which is perfect for morning workouts. The city has excellent restaurants, fresh local green markets, and very welcoming people. Highly recommend visiting!

Beautiful place to walk around, plenty of places to great a bite or stop for a drink. Very family oriented so if you have kids, it's great place to be. Bikes to rent or you can bring your own. Plenty of parking space.

This is a rare and beautiful city that offer beautiful historical architecture and ambience (along with the conveniences of modern life), and some of the most beautiful tree-lined streets that you might ever see. Also, the air here is SO GOOD that you will want to spend all of your time outside while here.

There are plenty of activities available nearby in Bezdan...
There are plenty of activities available nearby in Bezdan and Sombor. For example excursions, a middle-sized zoo (Miki Zoo), beaches (i can recommend the old 'Gradsko kupaliske Strand na kanalu' beach in Sombor and the Thermal pink Lake in Pacir), sightseeing, shopping, restaurants (Carda Sebesvok in Bezdan, Etno Restoran Fijaker in Sombor), museums, temples. There are several playgrounds for children. There are many trees in Bezdan and therefore plenty of shade.
We even attended the Trojni Susret (Harmas Talalkozo (Hun)) cultural festival, i can recommend it.
A car, bicycle, or boat is required for getting around.

Small town if You want to party or similar. But very peaceful if You want to rest and charge Your batteries. Everything is close and can be achieved by walk. People are nice and polite. Overall picture about Apatin is very positive.

Novi Sad seems to be getting worse.
Novi Sad seems to be getting worse. Over congested and no town planning is clearly obvious. Not a very clean city and food has rreally gone downhill. It is a shame that the town councillors have lost pride in this once beautiful city and historic buildings. Hotel Pupin is the place to go eat and Promenade shopping centre is the place to go to for all your food and other shopping. a couple of days and 4 being more than enough in the city.

Palić is a beautiful and peaceful place next to the lake.
Palić is a beautiful and peaceful place next to the lake. It is convenient for the walk, jogging or maybe light cycling. There are few restaurants around, but not much else of some other content. There is also a great aqua park. If you have a car, the town centre of Subotica is nearby.

The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings.
The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings. You can take a walk and find friendly places to drink coffee or beer and later take one of famous restoration to eat (at 2024 they have four listed on Gault & Millau).
If you have more than one day take a walk in wide parks near the city and visit some sports events.
