But at night air was fresh and cool. whole day we spent outside. so it wasn't big deal. my recommendation is to add blackout curtains cos the Sun rises at 6 right in front of your bed

Really unique complex, perfect for families with kids, couples and companies. There are 5 houses with a kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor seating, very interesting etno museum, pool and playground for the kids. Sparkling clean and well maintained property, decorated in ethno style, without being cluttered. It is located at the end of the town and has a very beautiful view. Great breakfast, you can order some homemade delicious drinks as well.
The owners are genuinely hospitable and know how to make you feel at home, without interrupting your personal space. Definitely recommended!

Zajecar is a small city that has been developing from a small old village for decades. The streets are all scattered out and it looks like a maze if you are looking for the places in the streets that are not in the center. The streets are full of patched-up holes even with open holes that weren't patched up. There are lots of broken old buildings and abandoned ones in the center too. It smells bad and there's nothing special to do or see except for the mall and the square events. People are nice and kind mostly but the fast food is not edible at all, it makes you vomit. The restaurants are nice and the staff there is so kind.

Nothing is working during week-ends- like museums, historical and etno spots. Most of the local restaurants are not working on Sunday.

Rtanj mountain looks amazing and we had a very good time walking on the top of the mountain - Šiljak.
In the nearby you can visit Sokobanja (Sokograd), some of the beautiful waterfalls, Krivi vir, Grza and many more natural attractions.

This village is a great starting point to explore the hiking trails of Stara Planina. Drive to "Babin Zub" hotel (~20km away, ~1600m altitude) and then go by foot to "Babin Zub" mountain top nearby or the highest one "Midžor" (2158m altitude), 8km away. This will be certainly an experience you would not forget - you would wish to come back to this mountain again!

Soko Banja is one of the healthiest places on the planet. There are hot springs, forest trails, breathtaking nature and amazing food. I tend to go back whenever I can as it really boosts your health. You can buy teas, honey, and other natural remedies, and if you are struggling with asthma, this place is a must. "Milosev konak" is a local landmark with amazing food. The Turkish bath with the hot spring and massages is a must. Take a walk or take a taxi to the Ripaljka waterfall and or the Soko Grad fortress. There are brooks, forests and streams where you can immerse yourself in the nature and get away from the busy lifestyle.

We could not see a lot because we arrived in the afternoon...
We could not see a lot because we arrived in the afternoon and left early next day, but we enjoyed everything - a short walk and early dinner in the restaurant "Dva brata" with excellent traditional food and of course "Zaječarsko" beer, afterward we had a pleasant relaxing time in the accommodation. I wish if we could have stayed longer.

Very cheap ski resort, good slopes for beginners and mid-skiers with nice lift and view.
We liked the traditional Serbian dishes and the AMAZING gluwein at the bottom of the slopes.
You can stay in the villages that lead to Crni Vrh and go there only for the slopes.
