The staff were just wonderful - the owners worked so hard to make our trip special. My daughter's birthday was the day after we left but they made sure she felt special. This is a great place for families, solo travellers and those travelling for work. Highlights: exceptionally clean, a lovely breakfast, a characterful property and a great location for museum and bus station.

The service is excellent and the food is phenomenal. The hotel is rather simple but has everything you need and this high service level is hard to find in Rwanda. Staff speak good English and are very helpful. They packed our breakfast early so we could eat in the car.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and confortable. Breakfast is included and very good. The pool is nice and clean. They have a lot of nice outside sitting places. They have a good and inexpensive restaurant.

Wonderful apartment, two bedrooms and the entire upstairs area to yourself. Clean and neat. Walking distance from the Huye bus station and right opposite the Ethnographic museum. Very convenient place. Also, Mr Stany is very friendly and informative.

We had a lovely stay at Nena House and wish we could have stayed longer than one night! We were met by Everest who checked us in and fixed a small problem we had been dealing with before. He's an awesome guy and took us to the little bar next door to mingle with the locals. The grounds of Nena House and the rooms are lovely and well-maintained. The toilet and shower were a little rustic (of course! Look where you are staying) but they were clean and easy to use. After a wonderful breakfast, we had to leave so didn't have time to explore down by the river or go on any local hikes. I recommend staying for longer than one night! Last thing- the google maps location is accurate, not the booking.com location.
