Excellent location plus view from the room.

Gorgeous property. Stunning rooms; elegant, graceful, even smelled gorgeous. My room had view of the magnificent Convention Centre lit up at night. Staff absolutely caring, friendly and super efficient. Magnificent breakfast. Was in Kigali for work but would return in a heartbeat. Merci!

I had a truly enjoyable experience staying at this apartment, from the moment I arrivved, everything was well prepared andi organized. The living area was cozy, the bed was very comfortable and kichen had everything reqwired to feel at home

I booked via Bookings.com. I specifically requested for accommodation near Marriot hotel. Not more than 2 km, so that i can walk to the conference held at Marriot hotel. To my surprise, their venues was very far from Marriot. When i enquired upon arrival, i was told it was a mistake that should be rectified from booking.com. A costly mistake on my side as i had to look for another hotel, get transport to the new venue on my cost and time. The lady who was assisting me at reception seemed unbothered and wanted to continue with my check in. I had to nake my own booking, find my own transport.

Incredible hospitality and kind staff! Wonderful food and ambiance. This is where the movie “Hotel Rwanda” got its inspiration from so it’s a very historic ground. The hotel celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The pool and bar are lovely!

Perfect stay! Super clean room, comfy bed, and staff who actually smile and mean it. Not to mention the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, great food with lovely city-views, amazing! Luma & Lua made Kigali feel like home, only more stylish. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable nice place in quiet location, so was good to sleep. Chilling in balcony and bath was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with some varieties daily, including good coffee and African tea. They packed takeaway breakfast for me even at 5 am, when I went to national park trip. Staff was nice and helpful.
