The Kivu Nest might not be a 5 ⭐ Hotel, but provides 5 ⭐ accomadation in every department. The staff is what makes this hotel run professionally. They work as a team. They are akin to well drilled and seasoned Athletics Relay squad. Whomsoever, put this outfit together deserves to be a Hollywood Casting Director. I have visited and stayed at many a so called 5 ⭐ establishment, some do not come close to the Kivu Nest Hotel. I cannot think of one area in which I was disappointed. The front of office staff were always helpful. They procured transport to collect me when I couldn't locate a taxi or got lost when Google maps malfunctioned. The cleaning staff always supplied freshly laundered towels and toiletries and they always asked if they could render further assistance without me asking first. The catering staff were top draw. The security staff were always available to offer advice and support. And, last but, certainly by no means least the Chef's always prepared delicious meals. They even dished up meals that were not on the menu. Let's just say, any future trips I make to Gisenyi, the Kivu Nest Hotel will be my first and only option.

Tastefully modernised colonial home. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Large very comfortable bed. Balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens which go down to the lakeside. The area is very quiet and the peaceful garden attracts many birds. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast can be had on the lawn and it is very healthy and plentiful with products grown in their own garden. We had such a lovely stay here, we highly recommend it.

Ideal place near the lake, spacious rooms and splendid garden with bar and dining facilities

Lovely location. I enjoyed taking walks on the steep stone-paved sidewalks. In the evening I was able to enjoy two cold beer drinks while talking to friends around a nice fire pit. The open flames added to the relaxation and peace of the well-landscaped gardens.

My stay at Kivu Go-Lax Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Riviera Kivu View hotel provides convenience and a great service. We really enjoyed our stay at these place.

We loved the attitude of the stuff, the garden and the food of the restaurant.

Breakfast good. Location good. Staff services excellent.

The facility was okay for the price. They even had a generator that was used when the mains went off.

The environment, the staff , the pool and the food they are all top notch .
