The staff were just wonderful - the owners worked so hard to make our trip special. My daughter's birthday was the day after we left but they made sure she felt special. This is a great place for families, solo travellers and those travelling for work. Highlights: exceptionally clean, a lovely breakfast, a characterful property and a great location for museum and bus station.

Really helpful check-in staff member (Maurice) who went above and beyond what was expected. Really tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Great pool area. We liked it so much on the night we stayed here that we cancelled our final night's stay at another hotel in Kigali and returned here for a second night.

The breakfast was excellent — diverse, fresh, and well-presented. There was a wide variety of hot and cold options, including local and international dishes. The staff were attentive, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. The only minor area for improvement could be adding more options for special dietary needs.

It is very homely and the staff (receptionists, housekeepers, waitresses and waiter, chef, driver) are kind and friendly. The food was a 10/10! They are very flexible when you need to change rooms or check out a bit later. I enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely be back!
