The hotel is fantastic. My room was large, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. The Guest Relations Mamager, Belinda, truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a fabulous stay.

I loved the food because it was cooked to our liking and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly . While we lost our belongings the staff helped us find it and we are so grateful and thankful to have such great staff and amazing food ! Thank you rakka hotel
