Lovely hotel, in the chalet style with wood and fire places everywhere. We were warmly welcomed by the people at the reception and the food at the restaurant was awesome (both breakfast and dinner). Last but not least, the sauna was a big plus.

Really cute hotel! Will defenitely pay a visit again, hopefully next time for more than one night. Room was cosy and tidy. Nice lounge areas and a really good small gym. Breakfast was superb and staff really kind.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of variety and even some "free from" options. Having ski rental in the building was very handy and the facilities in general were great, with 2 restaurants, spa/pool complex and convenience store on site. I also enjoyed the decor of the hotel and restaurant in general. The train station could be accessed directly from the hotel without having to go outside, which contained a supermarket and several other shops and cafes. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms were spacious with nice window fronts on the rooms. The staff were also very friendly. All in all and excellent hotel at a great price.

It was an amazing old building with heaps of character and intriguing decor. The rooms were great and the beds extremely comfortable, breakfast was good and extensive and above all, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Vålådalens Fjällstation is located 100 metres from the ski lifts to Vålådalen Ski Area and 50 metres to cross country tracks.
