SwedenWe stayed in one of the small houses/studio by the sea with own jacuzzi. It was magnificent!! We loved our own sauna space that during summer is turned into a relaxing room with an outstanding sea view! Everything was amazing but that which touched us the most was the professionalism of the staff and of the people in charge. Specific needs/situations were met and resolved with the highest professionalism as I had yet not met before ( and I do travel a lot both in Sweden and abroad). Thank you so much to all staff and to this amazing place that made my daughter’s 21th birthday an unforgettable one ♥️ And as a touch of pure grace, we had the amazing experience to see and touch the bioluminescence of “ Mareld” that were present by the shore so close to our studio! Better we could not ask for!
Will definitely come back…and not only once!

Last time we got upgraded as well to a bigger family room which was great. The location is not central but we like it. It’s an interesting area to go for a walk. It’s dog friendly. Breakfast was great.

The room was comfortable for the family and according to description of the offer. There were no queues to the toilets and showers. They were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with food choices for everyone. There is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the town and water ways. There are sea bathing places very close to the Sea Lodge.

Beautiful hotel, very well designed, you feel like you are in someone's beautiful mansion and you can really imagine how the family that owned it lived and used it. Very homey and authentic. Every detail is taken care of. Great restaurant and amazing breakfast.

Great stay, really cosy and clean. Swimming pool and spa area contribute to a very relaxing experience. Uddevalla is also a strategic place to reach fantastic nearby locations (if you have got a car).

Highly recommend the coast walk Västerhavspromenaden - so beautiful! Also recommend to take ferry to Skaftö and get off at Fiskebäckskil and go for a walk between the beautiful well kept houses and gardens and have lunch or dinner at Brygghuset before taking the ferry back to Lysekil

It was busy on the island due to three weddings and a sailing competition. We were pleased to stay overnight and experience it a little quieter late evening and early morning. Walking the perimeter of the island early morning was wonderful.

Very nice city.
Very nice city. There is a big shopping center at Torp - with a big range of shops which have a rare range of products. There are a very nice landscapes and forests with a good possibility for resting.

Grebbestad is a beautiful little town right on the water, with a small harbor that is relatively peaceful and quiet. There is immediate access to kayaking, hiking, and many good restaurants serving outstanding sea food. There is also easy access to several food stores, including a fish and delikatessen store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer! We hope to be back soon!

Öckerö is the centre-island of the 10 islands in within Öckerö council. I've been on these islands every summer since I was a child, since my mum was born on one of them and we had relatives everywhere. Each island has its on character so I recommend travelling around and exploring all of them. Some are connected via bridges and can be reached by car/bicycle or bus, whereas others can only be reached by boat. Some are "cluttered" with houses, whereas others have plenty of nature-only areas to explore. Each island has several beautiful beaches. Enjoy!

Smögen is very charming and beautiful town with walking paths in the harbour as well as paths on the rocks with beautiful views on the sea, islands and the town. There are some restaurants serving sea food.

The kommune fined me for parking, even if I paid for parking. I wrote a separate complaint to the kommun. The hotel will follow up on that.
The employee of the kommun did not bother to check on the referece with my card payment where the car registration was listed.

Small passengers ferry (till Skate) going to small fishing village (Kristineberg). You can also drive on Route 161 and cross over with a car ferry (Finnsbo-Skår Färjeläge).
