The space is very comfortable, equipped with dishes and all kitchen utensils, and the bedding and towels are excellent. The heating system works perfectly.
The location is great, as it is in a quiet farm area and very close to the Postojna Cave (about 3 km away). The peace of the environment is truly rejuvenating.
I would also like to highlight the breakfast, which features fresh products and is served with great care and attention by the owners of the property.

Breakfast was superb.
Comfortable beds.
We took on the offer for dinner. Fantastic meals and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Was expecting to pay much more for such good food.

The cave and expo plus vivarium can easily take the better...
The cave and expo plus vivarium can easily take the better half of a day with a little walking around. The castle is also worth visiting nearby, together with the cave it is enough for a full day's program. In case you are curious about the 'wildlife' inside the cave, make sure to visit the vivarium next to the cave (it is a relatively smaller exhibit, but very interesting with some of the cave animals exhibited and full of fun facts).

Cerknica is nothing impressive, it has some charms of many other small Slovenian towns, but nothing to be especially remembered for. But as a start point for interesting and beautiful sightseeing and adventures it can be considered one of the best in (and not limited to) Slovenia.

beautiful old building and nice and cool inside as was height of summer . No need for fan or aircon as beautifully cool stone building. Very comfortable beds, nice clean en suite, very welcoming staff. Really nice stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Kosarisce is a small village in a fairly remote valley.
Kosarisce is a small village in a fairly remote valley. Stari Trg is the biggest village in the valley. It's great for peace and quiet and nature lovers. You can go bear watching. Locals are very friendly once you say hello in Slovenian and smile. You need to have a car to get here, but once here you can reach a few other villages and Sneznik Castle by walking. It would also be a great place to explore by bike.

Predjama Castle was in a very impressive location although 6 Euros for parking on top of the ticket purchase price was steep.
Postojna Cave was fantastic, the train ride was fun & the limestone formations were beautiful. Once again, exorbitantly expensive parking.
30 min drive away is Skocjan Cave which is another worldly experience, I highly recommend, although a lot of walking & steps. Free parking here!
Postojna Town is OK, no sights in town & very few restaurants.

The apartment is hosted by a wonderful and helping lady. It was spotless clean and provided with everything that you would need for a 3-4 days visit- comfortable and clean beds, pots and utensils for cooking, huge TV with Netflix. The location is also good for day trips to Ljubliana, the caves and the Sneznik Castle is close-by. The hostess even gifted us with home-made honey.

Perfect stop from Treviso Airport to Kranjska Gora ski resort, the cave is spectacular, the Predjama Castle also worth visiting, not too many built like that. Pizzeria CUK is a very nice place to eat, we had pizza but I'm sure everything else was also tasty.
