Everything!!!! The service is absolutely impeccable. They did not let me lift a finger (or a bag). The room is so nice, just remodeled. The bed is so beyond comfortable. The toiletries all provided are incredible. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast is insanely amazing. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to come back.

There were no more available rooms at Hotel Ramada Resort, so the kind staff moved us to Hotel Kompas. The hotel is, in a word, perfect. Very nice and comfortable rooms to stay in, and an excellent, plentiful breakfast and dinner. The indoor pools and spa are included — it doesn’t get any better than that. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The accommodation was excellent, close to the city center and the slopes. Food was very good, lots of choices and it was tasty and not spicy, which we liked. I would especially like to say thank you to Niko, the restaurant manager, who was extremely kind, helpful and always there for us. Our large family had the possibility to dine together. We are thankful for that. Also, there was one particular waiter, Bogoljub, who was very friendly with all our kids, thus making their restaurant experience amazing. We enjoyed ice skating in front of the hotel, as well as the closeness to everything in the city. On the other hand, the hotel was very quiet. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel and would definitely come again.
