United KingdomWhat an incredible place to stay! I dont think I ever stayed in such a lovely, well furnished apartment. Hosts did think of every single little detail to make you feel warm, welcomed and comfortable. Superb! I can only highly recommend choosing this place for your stay. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and professional, put a heating on for us, explained everything and even offered a later check out. Honestly, this is the way how every rental place should work. 5 stars!

We did a small ski vacation with my husband and daughter. We booked a double room and pictures showed us the bedroom with a door to close and a living room. When we arrived we just got a double room which felt a bit small for us for 4 nights and as the pictures showed differently, the staff did the best to change it. So we stayed one night in the small room and then 3 nights in the big apartment which was wonderful and spacious. The staff is very helpful at any time, everything is super clean, modern, very nice. The wellness area is also great to have time to relax after being in the cold outside. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was both good. For me as a vegetarian the buffet dinner could offer some other things, but there is also the option to order a la carte. The location is great. Just 4 minutes by car from the next ski lift. Everything possible to rent. The only thing is the Ski bus. Apparently it goes every hour which seems very less of a possibility, but we waited the first day over half an hour and no bus came, so we took the car. You can be lucky and drive to the front but if not it's a long walk. Here maybe the hotel could offer a shuttle service in peak times to drive guests up and down. But beside this everything was great and I hope we come back.

I am very touched, because the hotel was empty due to the season, but the hotel manager patiently waited for my late arrival, greeting me at the door when I arrived(!).
The manager also speaks excellent English, is extremely polite, friendly and a good communicator.
The carpets on the hotel stairs and corridors are so clean that I left my outdoor shoes on the first floor to go up the carpeted stairs to my room, wearing socks. It is like a home where you leave your outdoor shoes in the hallway.
The same was repeated with the room - very clean, cozy and warm light, underfloor heating in the bathroom, the rooms are warm. Hot water came from the tap in a few seconds, which is an impressive luxury.
TV, small fridge (empty), balcony with chairs.. Super fast Wi-fi. Large and comfortable bed, the pillow was extra large - and one candy on the pillow. Blackout curtains.
Free and safe parking in the backyard of the house, close to the door.
The breakfast was prepared by the hotel manager himself - for one person, as I was, in private. And yet the breakfast was rich, well-prepared and multi-course.
One of the best hotels (and especially its manager) I have ever stayed in, because the entire reception, from check-in to departure, was full of care.

The whole weekend house is really nice.
There is plenty of space, every room has its own bathroom with toilet and there is also one big living room with kitchen and large basement area.
The owners are nice and there was no problems whatsoever.
We asked for late check out to stay 2 hours longer and that was not a problem.
I am strongly recommending this place especialy for large groups of people.
It was nice beeing there!

Very nice cottage in the nature, next to a creek. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, so it is comfortable for 8 persons. The garden was very nice, there is a grill and you can rent a bathtub (for 50€). Easy parking and very friendly owner. We had a great time and we can recommend this place.

Spacious apartment, beautifully decorated, very warm, all as described. Nice building with secure entry, special room for storing ski equipment and very close to slopes. We will consider coming here again.

Tiny little town with more supermarkets than shops.
Tiny little town with more supermarkets than shops. Maybe it picks up in the Winter season as people come to the mountains to ski, but in Summer it is very quiet. Great train, bus and taxi links to Cadce and Zilina. No castles nearby.
