The property was just a stone throw from the Danube river. You could lay out from the balcony and listen the flow of the river moving slow. They organized also a very good and well thought dinner at a very traditional restaurant, close to them, not only with very good food, but with the whole show included. It was like we lived those 2 hours in the renaissance era. We really enjoyed the experience.

Comfortabel room, with good beds. Breakfast is excellent. Friendly welcome. The location is perfect for sightseeing in Budapest. It takes a good 30 min with the train. Station at 5 min. walk. The small town itself is quiet but with good atmosphere and plenty of restaurants. We will stay there next time again.

It was a really great place to stay. Brand new, only 30 minutes with car from Budapest. The people were quite friendly and polite and the bed so comfortable that we did not want to get up! Breakfast was good and we were overall very happy with our choice. We will definitely return.

We took the presidential suite. It is huge and beautiful. Overlooking a pastoral landscape including a lake. In the evening the reflections and the sun are unforgettable. The price of the suite also included half board. The food was delicious Hungarian food that reminded me of my mother's cooking. There was only a problem with shower doors not closing all the way.

Finding the property was a little hard in the dark, and we did feel as if we were having innthe wrong direction, but once we entered the reception car park, all worries were gone. This property is a hidden gem. The decor throughout is stunning. Breakfast was brilliant. We only wish we had more time to explore the property more. Perfect location to Budapest Airport. Close enough that there is no worries but far enough away to be completely removed from the hassle , bustle and noise of airport districts. Perfect property and we will definitely return when next in Hungary.

This place is heaven! The atmosphere is calming and absolutely fantastic, everything was beautiful.. The room was clean, smelled of freshly washed linen, cozy, comfortable and big enough for 3 people. The food was delicious, the staff was so polite and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights, but to be fair, we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely go back again and I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

we arrived at midnight, the receptionist was very nice and gave us the option of a late check out (11am instead of 10am). there is plenty of parking, the room was big and clean. the bed was dreamy, the breakfast was varied and tasty. the property is green and so beautiful. we actually wish we booked another night

We were on our minimoon, once the hotel found out they have upgraded our room to a suite and we received a bottle of champagne. It was a lovely gesture, and made us feel special. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Couldn’t recommend more!

Our room served its purpose as we needed somewhere close to the airport for our early morning flight. The parking area was full. I'm assuming most people who stay here are needing a one night stay and it's fine for that. Reception person(s) were very attentive and responsive.

LOT'S OF HISTORICAL PLACES. DYNAMITE. THE SIGHTSEEING BUS WHAT A GREAT IDEA, HOWEVER ONLY RUNS ON WEEKENDS. THE REST OF THE WEEK IS JUST PARKED AT A PARKING LOT. WHAT A WASTE. DURING THE WEEK, MAY NOT HAVE THAT MANY PEOPLE, BUT THEY COULD HAVE RUN IT AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY. ONE AT MIDDAY, ONE AT IN THE AFTERNOON. THE TOWN SHOULD HAVE A OPEN AIR SHUTTLE BUS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. NOT EVERYONE CAN WALK FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER. NICE PLACE , GOOD WIBE.

Fantastic host !!!! Very friendly and helpful the will be there any time when you need, sorted all your problems!!! We have everything what we needed. Step to step instructions where we can go what please to see, we don't have to worry about anything everything will be sorted 😊 haus looks more beautiful not on the pictures!! Very comfortable bed bedding smells so freshly washed,loved that smell 🥰 Sparkly clean haus!! Haus have everything what you needed , and everything what you needed for barbecue. I'm haigh recommended that place !!!!! If someone wants to go to Budapest I haigh recommended you stay in there, that haus 8 kilometres outside of Budapest that no problem at all taxi 24/7 But you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet 🥰 300m from the haus restaurant food bar, and very friendly staff 😋 some day we definitely will going back 😊 haigh recommended!!!

A really picturesque town with a vibrant square. There's always something going on during the weekends. The palace and gardens are stunning and the patisserie in the palace is a must. Very handy for visiting Budapest with excellent connections.

Small and nice city.

Small and nice city. Sure, one day is completely enough there but you can use this place to explore the area around incl. Esztergom, Visegrad and even a day trip to Budapest by ferry is possible. Enough restaurant options for some days.

Visegrad is a very quiet and rural area and is well suited to those seeking a restful and quiet holiday. The visitor map is quite out of date as the brewery and winery shown are no longer there or open. walking/hiking seems to be the most reason for people to visit the area for its beautiful scenery and hill walks.
