A beautiful relaxing place that offers stunning views...

A beautiful relaxing place that offers stunning views amazing tranquility whilst being close enough to visit the brilliant city of Budapest if desired. Transport links were great, especially the use of Uber and the people were very friendly. Lovely cafés, bars and restaurants.

A really picturesque town with a vibrant square.

A really picturesque town with a vibrant square. There's always something going on during the weekends. The palace and gardens are stunning and the patisserie in the palace is a must. Very handy for visiting Budapest with excellent connections.

We spent only a few hours there.

We spent only a few hours there. From what we see, it has wide roads and open spaces and the people seems welcoming and many speak good English. The old buildings look in better shape than those in Budapest. The palace was closed when we arrived but it look beautiful. Should be a good base to stay to visit Budapest if you don’t mind the distance and (if) transport is good.
