I was travelling alone with my 3 kids, so I loved the airport shuttle service as we had a short overnight stay before our flight the next day. We paid a bit extra, but it was more than worth it for the shuttle service and the excellent breakfast. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am at the hotel. The reception were kind and welcoming, and I booked our shuttle for the airport for the next afternoon. 4 of us shared a good-sized room, which was lovely and quiet. We could see that the hotel had a great sized pool, which we would definitely utilise had we had a longer layover. The next morning, the kids ate until they were fit to burst. It was a small but plentiful breakfast made to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. When I asked what time we needed to check out, the receptionist told me there was no rush and whatever time suited!

Everything!!! We stayed here for one night due to a cancellation in Budapest and after a very bad experience elsewhere, this place was the perfect choice for us. Quiet, surrounded by nature, very clean and with incredibly friendly staff. We truly wish we had stayed more days. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back again.

Our room served its purpose as we needed somewhere close to the airport for our early morning flight. The parking area was full. I'm assuming most people who stay here are needing a one night stay and it's fine for that. Reception person(s) were very attentive and responsive.

LOT'S OF HISTORICAL PLACES. DYNAMITE. THE SIGHTSEEING BUS WHAT A GREAT IDEA, HOWEVER ONLY RUNS ON WEEKENDS. THE REST OF THE WEEK IS JUST PARKED AT A PARKING LOT. WHAT A WASTE. DURING THE WEEK, MAY NOT HAVE THAT MANY PEOPLE, BUT THEY COULD HAVE RUN IT AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY. ONE AT MIDDAY, ONE AT IN THE AFTERNOON. THE TOWN SHOULD HAVE A OPEN AIR SHUTTLE BUS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. NOT EVERYONE CAN WALK FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER. NICE PLACE , GOOD WIBE.

Fantastic host !!!! Very friendly and helpful the will be there any time when you need, sorted all your problems!!! We have everything what we needed. Step to step instructions where we can go what please to see, we don't have to worry about anything everything will be sorted 😊 haus looks more beautiful not on the pictures!! Very comfortable bed bedding smells so freshly washed,loved that smell 🥰 Sparkly clean haus!! Haus have everything what you needed , and everything what you needed for barbecue. I'm haigh recommended that place !!!!! If someone wants to go to Budapest I haigh recommended you stay in there, that haus 8 kilometres outside of Budapest that no problem at all taxi 24/7 But you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet 🥰 300m from the haus restaurant food bar, and very friendly staff 😋 some day we definitely will going back 😊 haigh recommended!!!

A really picturesque town with a vibrant square. There's always something going on during the weekends. The palace and gardens are stunning and the patisserie in the palace is a must. Very handy for visiting Budapest with excellent connections.

We really enjoyed how close we were to the water park.

We really enjoyed how close we were to the water park. We were within walking distance. An evening walk around the small lake brought a small surprise of baby ducks just born and a breath taking sunset. Benches and a work out area made for some exercise and well as a peaceful calm rest by the lake. Highly recommend this spot!

Visegrad is a very quiet and rural area and is well suited to those seeking a restful and quiet holiday. The visitor map is quite out of date as the brewery and winery shown are no longer there or open. walking/hiking seems to be the most reason for people to visit the area for its beautiful scenery and hill walks.

Such a pretty little town especially if the weather is good.

Such a pretty little town especially if the weather is good. We went out of season (April) so a lot of places weren't open but we were able to find a choice of restaurants for our evening meal. We were only there for 24 hours so didn't have time to visit the various museums so perhaps a couple of days would have been better. Only downside was the heaps of tourists/tour groups. I imagine in the summer it would be heaving with people so I was glad we went when we did.

The accommodation provided was comfortable and conveniently located close to our meeting venues, which saved a lot of commuting time. The hotel staff was professional and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay.
