The staff was very friendly and nice.Quick to help you, the whole hotel was very clean.Great atmosphere great location nice and quite, provided moto transportation at a small cost per day, the food was excellent, did not matter breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great prices all the way around close to downtown easy walking distance to all amenities... All their hotel locations were fantastic. From poi pet, to battambang. And Siem Reap..

City hotel, not expect mush more deeper hostality, but exceed my expectations. Staff always ready for help, nice room decor with best view on higher floor, free wifi, good breakfast, swimming pool and bar on rooftop to relax in the evening. Recommend!

Great hotel in a nice location, with big rooms really clean and comfortable. A nice outdoor pool and a cosy spa room. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming :)

The place is beautiful and old colonial style, but very well kept. Location could not be better - the city centre is a 5 minute walking distance. The hotel staff is always friendly and really helpful for whatever you need. Overall a great place to stay in Battambang.

I loved everything about this place. Food was the best of our entire trip in Cambodia. Staff were delightful.

Beautiful place to stay, relax and chill out in hot and humid weather of Battambang.

Pool, food, the staff , all were great. The hotel is not in the centre but you can easily order Grab (only tuk tuks are available in Battambang) and be where you want.

Fantastic warm and friendly staff Owner is caring and taking care of you 24/7. Loved the place. The Tuk Tuk guy took me for a nice day-tour as well

Excellent location for the port. Literally just across the street. The rooms was large and we stayed in an corner room which had panoramic views across the sea port and coastline. The food was amazing. I'm not liking the khmer food so made a nice change for me to eat something more western 😋

The ambient of the hotel is pretty. Very clean, a spacious room, quiet, very good breakfast and most of all lovely staff. Everything was excellent. So thankful!

The room was clean and the staff very nice. The location was good as it wasn't far from the city center. The lift was very appreciated.

The hotel has a lovely feel. It's a very pretty hotel, with the rooms set around a pool. The rooms are a good size, the bed is comfortable and the shower is enormous. Breakfast by the pool is quite substantial. The staff are very courteous.

Their owner is a open minded and responsible man with good English standard. Staffs are young and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balcony. Their breakfast was awesome. We did encountered difficulties to access wifi in room but they provided solution swiftly. This is what I really care. I do not need a perfect robot, but I enjoy services by good people.

Decent location close to town, excellent parking (we had hired a tuktuk and were able to park it under cover easily), really friendly staff
