Our kids (3 and 6) absolutely loved the swimming pools with water slides. The hotel is new and rooms are really well appointed, with high-end furnishing and elegant fittings such as Italian plugs and water taps. The staff were very kind to us, upgrading us to a better suite and even letting our kids keep the Ozo octopus plush toys that were in the room. Both TVs had cast functionality so it was very easy to watch movies on the big screen.

The hotel is beautiful, really clean and modern. The manager Tony and his staff are extremely helpful, they really went out of their way. The roof top garden is a lovely bonus. You are about a 10 walk to were you can catch the buses to the beach and a 25 minute drive to the marina for boats and ferries to the islands.

The room was really comfortable, modern, well equipped, huge TV, very clean, smell was so fresh every day. The view was amazing to the sea. Such a qiute place even if it's near to the city center. Finally but not last, all the staffs were so kind, friendly, helpful and really nice!!! We will return for sure!!! :)

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Great place for relaxation and peace. Very delicious breakfast. Also, it is great that the hotel has shuttle bus which gives an opportunity to visit other beaches near by. If coming back to Surin bech, will definitely choose this hotel.
This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay of our lives! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-kept. The service is of highest quality, all staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the greatest things is very lucky location right on the beach with the inner patio and pool facing the ocean. You get a great view of both the pool and open water from the hotel's sunbeds and at the same time you are staying under the most comfortable shade of casuarinas. Or if you want, you can choose to suntan. Our room was ocean-view which gave us extra pleasure of waking up with the sound of waves. The gym is also available at comfortable hours. Also, we loved the breakfasts which are delicious and various. Every day there was something new to try and to explore. Also the fruits ( of different kinds) were ripe and just perfectly ready-to-eat. It was really difficult to choose what to eat for too many things looked appealing))) All-in-all I would say that it is the best choice for relaxing and peaceful holiday with kids and family if you want beauty, comfort, excellent service and great combination of a beach and a pool.
Vaikne rahulik kvaliteetne väiksem hotell. Toad suured, luksuslikult sisustatud. Hommikusöök külluslik, värske ; osaliselt võisid ise valida täpsema menüü endale. Personaal väga hooliv, tähelepanelik. Õhtuti restoranis igapäev uus teema menüü . Imeilus liivane rand kohe hotelli kõrval , rannala ulatub kahelepoole mitu km. ; hommikul päikseloojangul hea seal jalutada.

We have returned here almost every year for the past 14 years. Over time it has adapted well to changing guest expectations while retaining the quiet unabashed excellence for which the Banyan Tree brand is synonymous. We cannot fault the staff commitment to excellence and doing all they can to ensure guest comfort and relaxation. The food options are varied and authentic, while the spa services are flawless.
Environment, Location, Service, Price, Clean..
I loved the location. The one bedroom suites on the lake are amazing. Staff superb, breakfast scrumptious with a lovely outdoor eating area overlooking the lake and architecture of Phuket buildings. Restaurant onsite offers a wide variety of food. Resort clean and private beach with beach chairs perfect. Love love love

It was really cozy. I loved the theme. I really recommend this place for anybody. I thought it might be a problem because its so central to patong street. But it wasnt at all.

Ask for his service when you book your stay in Keemala Resort. You will be 100% satisfied! We were staying in the Tree Pool House.The design of the villa is amazing, spacious and very unique. Featuring two floors with a upper level master bedroom and a large lounge and dining area on the lower level with a privet pool.The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful stand-alone bathtub, monsoon shower and outside shower. Perfect for a nice relaxing evening. And the best part of the villa was the sound of the jungle, when the sun goes down. Truly wonderful experience.
