The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had an really large blacony where we could watch an amazing sunset! The swimming pool is large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was enough choice for us. The host Luc and his colleague are really friendly and gave good recommendations for our trip. Luc even took us to the bus station on the day we had to leave.

Oh my, what can I say about this hotel....it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, beautiful setting, peaceful, serene, friendly staff, good food, lovely rooms, I could go on forever. This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Thailand and was well worth the long train ride to get there. We will look forward to the day we can visit this hotel again.

Located in Sukhothai, 7.6 miles from Sukhothai Historical Park, Jitra Resort has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. For the price, this is a good option. Its located near to the night street market, which we liked, but the town itself does not have a lot to offer in terms of eating and attractions. The historical area is 12km away, 20 mins in a tuktuk 150 baht..... so if you choose here, plan to spend most of your day in the historical part and eat around there too. We noted some of the rooms said cleanliness was not up to standard but our room was fine. There was discolouration on the tiles and wear and tear in the bathroom which may give the impression of looking unclean, but it was ok. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they found us a lovely tuktuk lady who we used to get us around. If you hire a bike, choose the bike hire on the corner before you enter the historical park, its 30baht. Inside the park they are 4 x the price
