The hotel was fantastic! The facilities were modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was serene, and the atmosphere overall was very relaxing. I was especially impressed with the staff’s hospitality. Nawfal at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Imad from guest relations went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.

I liked everything, the location, the pool, the sea with crystal white sand and warmer than the pool, the food all buffet with a lot of variety to select from. Open early and close late to accommodate all guests schedules. Highly animated and I regretted being there for work instead of vacation. Will go there again even for vacation!

It’s very well furnished, and the tools and the facilities are very good. The outside area is very good too and it’s amazing for breakfast.

The host was incredibly kind – and as a bonus, he cooked the most amazing food. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. It's right in the center of Hergla. If you're visiting, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Owner responded quickly and was very flexible. The place was easy to find and exactly as described. Lovely studio will all that is needed for a couple to stay. I highly recommend for short stay in Sousse.
