The tranquility and peacefulness of this location are truly exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience for all guests. My only regret is that the two days spent here were insufficient; a minimum stay of three days is highly recommended. The spa and indoor pool facilities are undoubtedly a hidden treasure. This destination is an absolute must-visit for anyone traveling to Tunisia.

I've been in most of the hotels in Douz, and in my opinion, this is the best one in town. The reception service was nice, the person behind the desk was chatty and funny. The room was neat and comfortable, with a nice pool view. The swimming pool is big enough and looks pretty.

I loved the experience! The food, both at dinner and breakfast, was delicious and of high quality—they even show you how they make sand bread, which was a great touch. They also offer activities in the desert, such as sandboarding, and the staff were always warm and friendly. The haimas are quite comfortable, and the bathrooms exceeded my expectations, especially considering the remote desert location.

The energy of the place and particularly of the host was lovely. I truly enjoyed my chats with Mohammed as we discussed our views about the desert, the country, life... (Merci Mohammed!) Come here for a different experience to a hotel and still with more than enough comforts. You can arrange excursions with him, all just easy. We went on a dromedary ride in the late afternoon, it was a very relaxing time. The property is located at the very end of the inhabited areas before the Sahara, so there's only the desert around you, and it's easy to move around in your own car or by taxi (5-10 minutes to Douz). All positives.
