The tranquility and peacefulness of this location are truly exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience for all guests. My only regret is that the two days spent here were insufficient; a minimum stay of three days is highly recommended. The spa and indoor pool facilities are undoubtedly a hidden treasure. Staff were great! Especially Ali - he welcomed us and made bread in the sand. It was cold at night but they provided enough blankets- the bed was comfortable too! Amazing experience :)

Very responsive staff, excellent location to visit Douz, very good breakfast with the staff cooking omelettes and crepes on the spot, very good dinner. The receptionist is helpful with all the requests, including options for visiting Sahara. The swimming pool area is excellent and the bar is very nice. If you are a bird-enthusiast, there are kestrels flying around.

Very good value for money, big breakfast and beautiful and clean apartment. The area is a couple of kilometers away from the center of Douz, and the family lives downstairs, they all were very welcoming and also offered me food for free before my departure. I recommend!
