Room was clean., everything is close by including different bus, next door 7eleven , best restaurant before Burger King (ask them to show you the pictures of food) Night Market on the corner, good breakfast, comfortable bed,excellent wifi, best staff !! As in its name, it's a type of motel, which is designed for lovers. That's a good thing, because the facilities are provided accordingly, but it's not expensive. There's a jacuzzi in the room, with its own TV which you can watch while you're soaking. In a little dish on one of the bedside tables there's a complimentary 3 pack of condoms, in case there are urgent matters to attend to and you forgot to bring your own. The room is very large, and so is it bed. The decor is posh. If you come in a car, there's a private parking bay with a roll down door to store it, with a private staircase for each parking bay. It's obviously to allow incognito ingress and egress. Breakfast was included, and it was an excellent Chinese version of it.

The location and the hotel itself are incredible. The room was clean and beautiful, even if it didnt have a view. It was cozy and the bathroom/shower are very nice. It was fantastic to walk across the street to the port where there were some very cool restaurants and coffee shops available. I traveled there by bicycle and the hotel had no problem with me bringing the bike to the room. That was very helpful. I will recommend this to everyone I know heading to this area.

Comfortable. Easy to get transportation from. Bus drop off right by door. Close to Family Mart if needed. Had room with no view as only there one night. Just has thick glass blocks at window space so cannot see anything out them. Decent size room. Bed and bedding good.

The property was clean and conveniently located near the cruise port and the night market. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and gave us a free bar drink and called a taxi for us to go to the cruise ship in the morning.

A vibrant busy port city. Transport wise it is quite convenient, with many buses going to nearby towns / cities, as well as being at the end of a train line. The variety of food in the night market will keep you going back, and there are also many small little restaurants nearby.

Walkable city though a little on the sleepy side. Not for those who are in a hurry or crave shopping in mall type environments. In my opinion it rains excessively here but that is what Keelung is meant to be. Good base for travel to Jiufen and Shifen and northern Taiwan as the city is far less congested than Taipei, not to mention considerably cheaper to stay

Keelung is an underrated place for traveler.
Keelung is an underrated place for traveler. You could do much more in here by utilizing the train network. A short 2-3 days trip is what you need to explore the northern taiwan. The variety of local food may be slightly different than most part of taiwan.
